On his way to the next enemy, Grey checked the panel window that was opened before. He didn't know what it was or how to open it again.

But when he thought about it, the panel showed again. He looked at Taek to see if he could also see it. But he didn't seem to be able to.

When he opened the panel, it said "Art of Creation" like the first time he saw it. It showed right at midnight, when he became 15.

Is this my Art? But we shouldn't be able to create Arts...

But he didn't mind it for now. He had to learn more about this Art first.

There was a lot of information on the panel, like his name, age, and gender. But he already knew them all. He realized he could move the panel with his mind.

So, he checked what was under the information he already knew. There were a few segments he couldn't access.

Locked (???)

But after scrolling down with his mind, he saw an open segment.

Arts (Categorized)

But underneath it, he couldn't see the Art of Creation or the Art of Wood. He could only see something called the Art of Source.

Is the Art of Creation actually just seeing this panel? Or maybe it was what gave me energy...

He was thinking about all the probabilities. Taek, on the other hand, was disturbed by his silence. But he didn't talk. They were already tired; talking would tire them more.

When Grey chose to check the Art of Source, another panel was opened.

The first thing that drew his attention was the fact that it said "Cumulative Art" and "Level 2."

He knew what level 2 meant. It was the level of his Art. He had gained two benefits when he leveled up his art.

The first one was obvious, but the second one... Was that the reason the Orc's neck was gray while the Orc Chieftain's was black?

Since his axe was getting blunter, the fatality of a hit was decreased. So, even though he could kill the Orc Chieftain with his axe by hitting him with it, the axe got blunter.

And when he was about to use it on a normal Orc, it only showed gray, meaning it wouldn't be deadly.

Since when can Arts level up, though?

He didn't know it was possible.

But he didn't know what a Cumulative Art meant. It was normal since he grew up in a village instead of a city.

When he checked the information, though, he instantly realized what it meant. Underneath the information, there was a space where a lot of Arts were written one by one.

And only the Art of Wood was black while all the others were gray, as if they were locked.

After reading the full information, he deduced that the Art of Wood he learned was just a part of the Art of Source.

The Art of Source was the original Art that let him see the weaknesses, and it worked on living beings.

He looked at the axe in his hand. It was made of iron. He tried to see the weak points of iron.

[Unable to detect the weaknesses. The Art of Iron hasn't been learned!]

A notification panel was shown instantly.

So, I need to gather all the Arts under the name of Art of Source. Is this why I could use two Arts?

If a person were to learn two arts, both of the Arts would have half their powers. But Colt had the Art of Source and the Art of Wood.

To be correct, though, the Art of Wood was under the Art of Source. So, the cumulative Art was probably what enabled this.

Then, what about the Art of Creation, though?

There were many things he didn't know. Maybe he could learn two arts, not because it was a cumulative art, but because he had the Art of Creation.

In any way, he had an Art. Though it didn't give him more strength like he had assumed before, the Art itself was a strong one. He wanted to use it. That was why he promised Elaine.

He wouldn't die, he couldn't. Not after having a strong Art like this. He would get stronger.

Just then, they heard the sound of a person screaming.

When they arrived at where the sound came from, they saw Mark's body and two Orcs near him.

Mark was the one who had sacrificed himself before Take so that the others could escape.

He was definitely strong against a single Orc. But before he could kill the one, the other must have arrived.

Thus, he was on the ground, not moving or breathing.

Grey felt anger rise inside him, but Taek put his hand on Grey's shoulder.

"Stop! If you move with anger, you will lose no matter how strong you are."

Though he said that, Grey could see Taek's hand shaking. He was squeezing his fist so hard that blood dripped from his palm.

Seeing this, Grey understood that staying calm was the key. He first looked at the two Orcs. They hadn't seen the two yet. This was an advantage.

Also, since their opponent was dead and the Orc Chieftain didn't control them anymore, they didn't know what to do. So, they were just standing there.

"I will take the one on the left, you take the one on the right. I will help you as soon as I am done," Grey whispered.

They couldn't leave them and go to the next person. It could create danger when they were coming with injured people.

Taek nodded. He saw how Grey killed the Orc he was fighting before, and he knew that Grey had gained something.

So, he didn't mind Grey leading.

Grey, on the other hand, chose the one on the left since there was already a black ring on the Orc's back.

When he approached from behind and stabbed the axe to the Orc's neck, Taek also cut the other Orc's knee.

The Orc Grey hit died instantly. There was probably an old wound on the Orc's back since there was no resistance where he had hit.

But he was more surprised by Taek's hit. He was using a sword against the Orc, and he cut in the exact same place Grey had cut when he was fighting against the Orc Chieftain.

Of course, cutting the legs was common sense. But Taek had used his sword as if he could also see the weaknesses.

Experience is a scary thing...

After finishing the first Orc, Grey immediately went for Taek's help. There was no way the Orc could win against these two, especially when one of his legs was gone.
