After the events of earlier Hamak and Genji were about to have their long awaited showdown, Genji without any hesitation leaps at Hamak to finish him off, but Hamak put up a barrier spell that managed to stop the blade, Hamak then smiles and says "if the opportunity comes for me to kill you I won't do it", Genji smiles and says "that's the difference between you and me,I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO KILL YOU", Hamak smiles and says"HOLY LIGHT MASSACRE" a powerful spell that destroy's the entire top floor of the castle but luckily Genji was fast enough and evaded it before it could harm him,then Hamak says that he even outruns light and that he is impressed with how much Genji has grown so far,he then says that he doesn't have to hold back and that he would defeat Genji no matter what. The both of them leaped into the sky exchanging punches that rippled across the entire kingdom, shattering mountains, destroying building's, uprooting entire forest's, their punches made it feel like there was an earthquake but in the sky,as they flashed through the sky faster than bolts of lightning they engulfed everything in flames , their power was felt everywhere.
During the climax of the fight between Genji and Hamak, the 17th guardian Lea (Hamak's mother) was in a fight of her own against the twin gods of destruction "Lai and Kai"the leaders of the anatsuki, their fight was intense and involved an intense exchange of spell's and brilliant showcase of power but although Lea fought her best the twin gods of destruction were being helped by other members of the anatsuki proving too much for even the strongest member of the otsuki,as Lea thought that all hope is gone a ray of light covered the entire kingdom and there they were the strongest humans in existence, each having powers that rival the god's,they vowed to serve the otsuki till the very end, they were called "THE SIX HUMAN KING'S"omnipotent beings with unlimited mana.
Shortly after the arrival of the six human king's the fight between Genji and Hamak still raged on , but during the Hamak noticed that the citizens haven't evacuated completely and left everything to go help them, while he was helping them he was stabbed from the back by Genji,as Genji pulled out his sword from Hamak's back he says "this world is truly cruel,a kind man who had no hate was killed because of his kindness,in this world there is no place for the weak, only the strong survive and the weak perish, that's something you had to understand sooner or later ", Hamak replies saying"I'm sorry brother, I wasn't there when you needed me,I couldn't help you when you were in need, forgive me!!!"Genji weeps bitterly and says"you are not at fault brother, nobody could have changed my mind, whatever I did I did it of my own accord,I wasn't persuaded into anything, until we meet in the next life, GOODBYE ",as Hamak falls to the ground in death he smiles and Genji runs away into the forest to go meet Akil to fulfill his part of their deal.
When Genji reaches the forest he confronts Akil and asked him to fulfill his promises, Akil laugh's and says"I have never met someone as foolish as you ",Genji asks"what do you mean?"Akil replies"I made you do my bidding, and I offered you things that were pretty impossible to fulfill and you fell for it ", Genji says"you bastard!!!!!!,so you never knew Mikasa and you could never bring back my father ", Akil replies"CORRECT!!!!", Genji in tears asks"then where did you get her ribbons from !!!!" , Akil says"I BEING THE GOD OF TRICKS CAN MAKE ANY ILLUSION SEEM REAL", Genji replies angrily"then I'll kill you !!!", "killing me would make no sense you know,it can't bring any joy to anyone now "say's Akil,"it would bring joy to me!!"say's Genji as he uses his sword to slice Akil in half, Akil's blood splatters around the forest turning the crystal clear river red , Genji then weeps bitterly right next to Akil's dead body.
As the battle at the emerald kingdom came to an end Lea sacrificed herself by burning out her mana in an explosive fashion killing the twin gods of destruction and every member of the otsuki, before she died she made the six human king's promise that they would take care of Hamak as he is the new guardian, Genji escaped the kingdom unnoticed by anyone, Hamak's corpse was taken by master ling an expert in demon magic and one of the six human king's, thanks to Lea's sacrifice everyone got a second chance at redemption.
