Part 1: The Beginning of the End

The sky trembled.

The earth cracked open.

The Rumbling had begun.

Thousands of Colossal Titans marched across the world—their heat melting oceans, their feet crushing empires.

And floating beside the Founding Titan, above the endless storm, was a figure clad in black and silver.

Nero Angelo.

Not a Titan.

Not a subject of Ymir.

Something else entirely.

He walked beside Eren Yeager atop the monstrous skeletal titan, calm and composed—arms crossed, eyes closed—as the world burned beneath them.

Below, Eren's closest friends struggled to reach him, their voices desperate over the roar of destruction.

Mikasa shouted, "Eren! Please, stop this madness! We can find another way!"

Armin's voice cracked, "You don't have to carry this burden alone!"

Jean and Connie lunged forward, but each time they tried to get closer, Nero's outstretched hand formed a shimmering barrier of black and silver energy, blocking them effortlessly.

"You can't stop what has already begun," Nero said softly, his eyes still closed.

Eren spoke quietly beside him:

"You're still here."

Without opening his eyes, Nero replied,

"You asked for help. I said yes."

Eren's voice held a tremor:

"Even after seeing all this?"

"Your enemies never listened. Your friends never understood. So you decided to become the storm," Nero said firmly.

Eren's jaw tightened.

"I'll kill them all if it means freedom."

Nero's gaze remained steady.

"…Then let the chains break."

With a subtle wave of his hand, time seemed to slow. The atmosphere thickened. The rumble echoed with unnatural resonance, spreading deeper, faster—through time itself.

He empowered the march—not by making it more violent, but by making it unavoidable.

The gods of the world watched in horror.

Not just the Titans, but something far worse now walked among them.

And none could stop it.

The Silence After

The Rumbling succeeded.

The world was dust.

Nations vanished.

Tyrants died.

Power reset to zero.

Eren stared at the ruins, breathing heavily, now in his human form. Kneeling, fists clenched.

"I did it…" he whispered.

Behind him, Nero floated down silently.

"Congratulations," Nero said. "The world is yours."

Eren's voice broke the silence:

"…Then why do I feel so empty?"

The Turn

Eren broke.

He looked around. At nothing. No children playing. No laughter. No life.

"Was I wrong?" he asked.

"You were hurt. That's not the same," Nero said gently.

He knelt beside Eren, placing a hand over his chest.

"You carried everyone's pain. So I carried yours."

Eren barely whispered,

"Can I fix this…?"

Nero smiled—not cruelly, but warmly.

"You've already paid the price. Let me handle the rest."

The Rebirth

Nero stood. His eyes glowed faintly as his voice echoed across time.

He walked across the world.

And with each step, life returned.

Cities rebuilt. Oceans calmed. Forests bloomed. The dead rose—not in horror, but in peace, confusion, joy.

Even those who once hated him looked up at the blue sky—unaware of why tears filled their eyes.

"A god helped end the world.

And then—he brought it back."

The Ending

Eren stood once again with his friends—Mikasa, Armin, Jean, Connie, Sasha—alive and laughing.

No more Titans.

No more wars.

Just people.

From a rooftop, Nero watched, arms folded.

Eren called from afar,

"Will we ever see him again?"

Mikasa replied softly,

"…Only if we need him."

And with a breeze of black feathers, Nero vanished.
