Chapter 23 - WARNING

Julious spoke first. "Who are you and why are here"

The devils did not flinch.

The one in front raised his head, showing a sharp-jawed face with glowing red eyes—not cruel, but ancient. His voice was low, like earth grinding beneath the ocean.

"We are Messengers of the Demon World. I am Daemior. With me are Kairis and Nazzek. We come not to harm you—but to deliver a warning."

Julious sneered. "Devils giving warnings? This must be a trick."

People whispered. The word devils was like poison. They had never seen one. Never needed to. All ancient texts spoke of them as nightmares that once tempted humans into ruin. But these creatures were... calm. Focused.

King Farhan raised a hand. "Speak then. Warn us, if that is truly why you're here."

Daemior stepped forward. "You know nothing of what approaches. You awaken powers. You raise bases into the sky. You celebrate a new era… unaware of the darkness your growth is feeding."

He paused. "We speak of a being older than your cities, older even than our Gate. A threat not only to you, but to us."

His voice deepened.

"Kar'Thæl."

The name rippled through the air like thunder.

Julious frowned. "Kar… Thael?"

"We have never heard this name," Camero said, eyes narrowed.

"You wouldn't have," Nazzek spoke, her voice raspy but calm. "For your world has been shielded from his memory. Buried by time and by force. But now... the seal weakens."

Kairis added, "He does not come to rule. He comes to rebuild himself. To consume. To merge with a new form."

Daemior turned, addressing not just the council, but the watching citizens, the soldiers, the healers, the newly awakened.

"You see us as devils. So be it. But know this: Kar'Thæl is no ally of ours. He is the death of both realms. We stand before you not as your enemies—but as survivors of what he already destroyed once before."

King Farhan stepped down from the elevated platform, walking toward the messengers. His voice was steady.

"You say he is a threat to both humans and devils alike. Then tell us—who is he? What does he want?"

Daemior's eyes locked with the king's.

"He is not a Human, never a devil, Just between us.....He is here to find his new prototype.."

Julious stepped forward. "Prototype? What does that mean?"

Daemior turned back to the council. "A vessel. A host with the right torment... the right silence inside. He needs not just strength, but emptiness. Pain. Isolation. That is the perfect soil for him to bloom again. And once he finds it, he will regain what he lost: the ability to rewrite existence."

Kairis continued. "He corrupts timelines. Shatters choices. Even memory becomes unstable in his wake. That is why we speak now. Because once he begins, there is no undoing."

"You said he's already here?" Julious asked, tension rising in his voice.

Daemior nodded slowly. "Yes. He slipped through when your world surged with awakening. He walks among you now—unseen. Not yet whole. Still searching. Still waiting. But the signs are beginning."

The Messenger extended his hand, revealing a shard of crystal. Within it, scenes flickered—visions of shadows whispering through city streets, of people breaking down in tears after using powers they barely understood, of chains forming in dreams. One scene even showed a silhouette standing near the Bound Threshold… looking back at it with haunted eyes.

Kairis added, "You think these are side effects of awakening. But they are breadcrumbs. Traces of him."

Parche, ever calm and skeptical, asked, "And why should we trust your warning? If he is your enemy too, why not fight him yourselves?"

"We tried," Nazzek said quietly.

The silence afterward was heavier than any shout.

"We lost our world's cities. Our laws. Our memory. And we are beings far older than you," Daemior said. "What you call powers... he calls whispers. What you call potential... he calls bait."

Julious clenched his fists. "Then tell us what to do."

Daemior said : "You should stop him from finding his prototype"...

King said "If you are truly said, then tell us how could we stop them"....

Daemior said " From the day ,his former prototype has died and For more than 100 days after bind with his new prototype.....He is only at 5% of his powers.... So you have opportunity to do it"....

He further added "He is behind Bound Threshold"

The Messenger Gate began to hum again. The devils turned toward it.

Daemior, before stepping into the dark, looked back one final time.

He said "The other way to stop it is in this Book"

With a pulse of black light, the Gate closed.

Daemior drop a book near the Messenger Gates.... Julius took it ....

"ANTI-KAR'THAEL "

Julius said "We should research on this book about what It says"...

King order everyone to get back to their homes, bases

King said "When research will complete, we will decide what to do "

He also added not to get close to the Bound Threshold....

After that Everyone go to their houses.. Echelon Knights came back to their Bases....
