Princess Lysia's POV
I sat down reading a few books and my mind drifted to what had happened earlier.
"Hey sis",I heard as the door opened and my brother walked in smiling mischievously.
"You never bother to knock on the door, where are you manners", I asked him dropping the book in my hand while for focusing my gaze on him.
"Whatever you say", Damien said slightly rolling his eyeballs.
"You're sick in the head,now tell me why you are here cos I know something brought you here",I told him still staring at Damien who smiled before letting out a fake cough .
"Just came to see how you're faring "
"Seriously ",I asked him slightly raising my brows .
"I don't want to repeat myself",I said and this time anger was evident in my voice.
Okay calm down I I I saw the way you reacted when dad talked about you getting married,are you really scared ",Damien asked .I stared at him for a while,I didn't knew that my feelings were that obvious I think I really need to work hard on that.
"Yes I'm scared,I admitted. What if father forces me to marry a man that will destroy this Kingdom you know my husband get to beside me when I become Queen. Our Kingdom is very powerful so many people might be envying it",I explained
"I understand your reason , don't worry your heart will lead you to the right person ",Damien advised .
"Never knew you had such nice advice inside your big head", I teased
"Come on you know I've always been the smart one"Damien said and I stared at him before bursting into laughter.
"We should go see the slaves and know how they might be of help to us you know ", Damien suggested.
"You know I can't control myself whenever I feed on human blood",I told him .
"That's why you need to learn"Damien said and we both left.
Prisoners quarters
Lucian sat down playing his guitar as he sang a song his father taught him.All the prisoners stared enjoying the sweet melody, Just then prince Damien and princess Lysia walked in .
Princess Lysia stood still the rhythm,the melody was doing something to her and she couldn't understand, since she was young she changed ,her temper became bad,her heart beat was too high for a normal vampire and worst of it all she couldn't control her thirst for blood.But now she felt calm and her heartbeat was normal she couldn't help but wonder how singing could calm her but she decided to look for the singer,as soon as she saw Lucian she felt her heart race with excitement and she tried her best to mask her feelings.
"You play so well ", Lysia said to Lucian who looked at her ,she looked like an angel so pretty how could she be the one that captured us ,he thought to himself and he got so lost to notice the princess talking to him but something snapped him out of those thoughts.
"I want you to play for me everyday,you will no longer stay here ",he heard and immediately stared at her in shock.
Damien who had been standing all along was shocked but he couldn't take his eyes off the pretty damsel that stood beside Lucian.who was she he thought ,was she a witch,he continued wondering why he was attracted to her when Eva noticed his gaze and stared back at him.
He looks so familiar, I've seen him in my dreams,he is my mate ,Eva thought grinning silently.
"Both of you should come with us",a guard said pointing at Eva and another girl called Gwen ,they followed the guard quietly.

"This will be your room from now ", princess Lysia said.
"Okay your highness",Lucian said and bowed slightly.
"My guard , Gavin will come call you anytime I want you to play the guitar ",Princess Lysia said and left with her guards .
Lucian stared at her retreating figure she couldn't help but admire the princess,she didn't seem like someone that could hurt a fly ,deep down he knew he needed to stop the feelings he was having before it would escalate.

Maid quarters
"How are you ",the head maid Nunu asked the girls.
"We're fine", Gwen the other girl answered.it was obvious she loved the fact that she wasn't in the prisoners quarters anymore .Nunu turned to Eva who nodded in affirmation giving her a reassuring smile.
Third person POV
I couldn't even stop all this ,gosh ,it would have been more easy if that Eva hadn't made friends with Lucian first.Now that she has put him in the palace and as her singer it would be really hard for me but now I need to find a way to get inside the palace,the unknown person thought.
