January 7, Tuesday.
[Class 1-D]
As usual, during mathematics class which everyone hated, students were whispering and playing games—not even paying attention.
The teacher meanwhile, showed no interest in correcting them—only resuming his teaching like a programmed robot.
Kaiser slumped on the table, still watching with a bored gaze as the teacher explained perfunctorily. Glancing at his neighbor, he decided to start. Opening his mouth, he began whispering.
"A young girl who never knew her mother always adored her father and sister. At first, she was clueless about the role of a mother, but this quickly made her isolated in Basic Class (Note: Primary School)."
Sighing, he whistled regretfully.
"Unfortunately, she failed to understand what was called care and compassion—only chasing after the silhouette of her sister who died in a gate incident. Her father worked bitterly, hoping to shape her into a perfect girl—though he only made her more flawed. Ah~ the beauty of imperfection. Truly astonishing. Isn't it, Hazel?"
Turning to his neighbor, he realized she was red—probably embarrassed?
'Nah, she's pissed.'
Chuckling, he smiled and drove in the final nail.
"She even managed to get herself a boyfriend. Truly beautiful. Unfortunately, she was dumped in the end. So sad I feel like crying."
Just then, the sound of the bell finished his beautiful description of someone's life.
*Ring*
The bell signified the end of the class as the math teacher left the class. Students groaned as they stretched their bodies in relief. Every Tuesday and Thursday was always solely dedicated to Combat Training—the most troublesome of all courses.
Quite unusual, Kaiser waited until the class was empty before glancing at his neighbor.
Hazel had a dark expression on her face as she turned mechanically to face him.
Her brown eyes had a hint of red glow as she glared furiously at him.
"Why? Why did you say that?" She growled as her fists tightened.
"Say what?" Kaiser feigned a confused expression and asked innocently.
"Don't bullshit me!" She snapped "Every whisper you said was about me, my family, my relationships and everything you shouldn't know! How did you know?!"
"Oh, I read it in a book." As if coming to a realization, Kaiser nodded his head and gave a vague reply.
Indeed, he had read it in the library of his family since they liked keeping tabs on prominent figures like Raymond Kane—the General of the Pegasus Army.
Totally furious, Hazel lunged at him with the intent of stabbing him with a small dagger. Although quite irrational from an outsider's perspective, she expected him to dodge the 'very obvious' attack.
If only she knew...
Slice!
The sound of flesh being cut apart filled her ears and snapped her out of her stupor.
'Huh?'
Warm blood flowed on her hand before she realized that Kaiser had made no effort to dodge her attack.
'N-no way!'
Her mind screamed danger as she looked up at the shoulder she had stabbed. The blue jacket had turned black from the blood flowing through it. Fear and horror quickly grasped her mind as she realized the expression on his face.
Kaiser's usually bored look was replaced by a cold and emotionless expression as he silently gazed at her.
His face didn't twitch even a little as he shocked her more by grabbing her wrist and pulling downward.
The sensation of more flesh being cut made her eyes widen in shock as she tried to resist the pull of his hand only to fail miserably.
"N-no. Stop!"
She exclaimed in desperation, realizing the gravity of the situation..
'Ah.'
Kaiser gasped internally as he felt ecstatic seeing the image of the cold Hazel being ruined.
'How amusing~'
"Look."
With his other hand, he pointed at the camera at the corner of the class, increasing the girl's despair.
"Haven't you been quite unreasonable?"
His voice was ice cold when he spoke, almost as if she was a stranger.
"You think other people are below you. Your foolish superiority complex which was built from your inferiority is your flaw. You don't register others as equal and think yourself to be higher than anyone else." He criticized "And I despite that."
"So..." Removing the dagger from his body, he distanced himself from her, his movements unimpaired like he wasn't injured.
"Enjoy your last 48 hours in the school premises."

....
Hazel's heart sank as she realized the implication of his words.
"No! Stop! No!" She cried desperately but her cries fell on deaf ears—literally.
.....
At the infirmary, the nurse, another female who qualified for the 'Young boy's fantasies', examined Kaiser's injury with a grave look.
"How did this happen?"
"I overdid my training." Kaiser replied vaguely.
The nurse narrowed her eyes, but seeing that he didn't want to reveal more, she chose to overlook the topic. "That must hurt a lot."
Kaiser lowered his gaze to the deep injury, then quietly tilted his head.
"Does it? It's been a while since I felt pain."
'Huh? What's this kid saying?'
The nurse thought, feeling a little uneasy from the emptiness in the boy's eyes. However, that emptiness disappeared like a lie—replaced with quiet confusion and interest.
"Well, take off your clothes. I'll need that if you want me to heal it."
Kaiser's eyes narrowed slightly but he complied and removed his shirt. Immediately, the nurse's eyes widened at his sculpted body which was marred with dark, tape-like marks running from his torso to his biceps.
"W-what is that?"
The nurse asked in a nervous voice. She had never seen anything look so enchanting yet dreadful at the same time. Unconsciously, her hands moved—gently tracing the marks.
"Ah! Just a mark, don't mind it."
Kaiser waved it off with a mundane comment, his expression as bland as always.
"But—"
"I. Said. It's. Just. A. Mark." he stated, firmly.
He didn't want to think about the mark—nor did he want to share his experience.
Realizing her own intrusion, she silently backed off and proceeded to heal the wound. It only took a few minutes and a little of her essence to totally heal it.
"200 points."
Swiping his card through the machine, he successfully paid the treatment fee before leaving the infirmary.
Picking his phone, he realized it was loaded with missed calls and messages from Hazel. Also, it seemed Kuramoto had done his part. Checking the boy's message, he smiled.
[Kuramoto: I have spoken to her. Though it was hard, she'll come to beg. Though I still don't understand why you have to be this extreme with her.]
As he read the last part of the message, he sighed—then ignored it. It was something no one would understand anyway.
'She's desperate.' he wondered 'Don't worry, soon... I'll have you forged into a better version.'
With a faint smirk, he typed a message then turned off his phone.
"Let me see how desperate you can get Hazel, Show me..."
