To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to formally request an independent investigation into the ongoing targeting and manipulation of my family, which I believe constitutes both domestic violence and a violation of our civil rights. We are being silenced and "blue walled" by law enforcement, and my children are being gaslit so severely that they cannot ask for help—even when they try, their words are manipulated and their ability to communicate is suppressed.
I have evidence of troubling practices involving SARBed kids and picture day retakes, where children are made to appear as someone else and then disappear without a trace. The term "Lake Erie" is used to describe a pattern where children are manipulated into dangerous situations, including being set up for crimes or abuse. Additionally, "Pa paps bs re" refers to reverse blind taken—where a child's body is left "hollow" and controlled by others, sometimes by "test drivers" who use them to commit crimes. "Re" is not a person, but an action describing this takeover.
Whether or not you acknowledge the use of surveillance or "the eye," I possess evidence and physical proof of these actions. Having a badge does not give anyone the right to cover up these crimes. Under the U.S. Constitution, my children and I are entitled to due process, equal protection, and freedom from cruel and unusual treatment (Fourteenth and Eighth Amendments). The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and federal civil rights laws also protect us from intimidation, coercion, and retaliation by anyone, including law enforcement.
I am demanding immediate action from the school to protect my children's safety and well-being. Their voices are being suppressed through manipulation of their speech and emotional state, making it impossible for them to seek help. This is a clear violation of their rights and a form of psychological abuse.
If any harm comes to my children and no action is taken, responsibility will rest with those who failed to protect them. I expect a prompt, independent investigation and for the school to fulfill its legal duty to protect all students from harm.
