"Boom boom boom…"
Each impact vibrated in their chest like thunder ripping through the ground beneath us. The 100-meter Wooden Arhat collided with Susanoo. No footwork, no feints just brute force. Each punch cracked the air and warped the surrounding terrain, gouging out valleys and reshaping hills with every strike.
No one spoke. No one dared to distract themselves from what they were witnessing.
"They're not even flinching…" one spy whispered in disbelief.
Another one shook his head as if trying to process what he was seeing. "There's no way this is normal."
They watched the two strongest in the ninja world unleash themselves without limit. This wasn't simply combat anymore it was proof that the Senju and Uchiha clans stood above the others for good reason. The title of "God of Shinobi" had always sounded inflated before. Now it felt inadequate.
Close to the observers, one of them exhaled too hard and nearly choked on it. "I'm calling my clan leader. He needs to see this for himself."
Across the battlefield, Madara's laughter cut above the roaring shockwaves-raw and wild.
"Hashirama… you really are the opponent I've waited my whole life to fight."
Hashirama responded with the same unguarded satisfaction in this moment, there was no burden, no calculation only the release of locked-away power. "You're right. We made it here because of Akira Senju. After this, we owe him drinks."
Madara flashed pride through her grin when Akira's name came up. That was her man, even now her thoughts lingered there but she masked it with cockiness.
"You think you're winning this?"
Hashirama smiled calmly. "Let's both stop holding back."
Madara's chakra twisted upward in reply before she even answered aloud, no hesitation at unleashing her best.
"Fine by me!"
He invoked Sage Mode-chakra settled across his body with complete harmony, centered and precise. Beside him, the markings spread over his face within seconds.
Madara summoned the Nine-Tailed Fox again with one aggressive shift in her Mangekyo Sharingan's glow. The beast had barely escaped earlier, now it summoned into her call before its mouth could make it halfway through spitting curses.
"Asshole Uchiha...!"
Hashirama watched it happen with open amusement. "Doesn't look like your pet fox likes you very much."
Her reply was instant, a glare so venomous it could've cut steel. "Cry later when I kick your ass."
Hashirama only laughed again, he saw it too. The bitterness she carried for years had started to burn away. She was finally fighting for herself again, not to prove anything to anyone else.
"I guess we both grew up," he said under his breath.
Madara's eyes narrowed. "I'll meet you on the other side of this fight."
With that, they charged again.
"Wood Release-Wood Dragon Technique!"
"Full-body Susanoo!"
Behind the towering Arhat, the massive dragon curled upward, spiraling across Hashirama's frame like armor and backbone. The Nine-Tails beneath Susanoo surged forward, wrapped tight inside indigo energy and snarling with power long held back.
They clashed again-the ground beneath us split from the pressure, tremors throwing loose stones into the air as mountains shifted under their weight.
A barely heared whispered managed to be heard from the sound of the fight.
"Update headquarters now-the strength of Senju and Uchiha has been drastically underestimated…"
Off near the Senju perimeter, Akira turned his head at footsteps cutting through the trees with precision too polished to be coincidence.
"Lord Akira, we have movement incoming!" one of the scouts called out behind me, breath clipped by urgency.
Tobirama stepped forward before he could respond. "Someone dares approach us during this fight?"
They both knew that any interruption now wasn't just foolish, it was potentially catastrophic to everything they built between these two clans.
Akira faced the Uzumaki elder directly. "Do you know who it is?"
His face twisted strangely at first-but he answered clearly.
"Uchiha shinobi, all of them are elites."
Akira's met Tobirama's eyes next, his posture stiffened instantly.
"Trouble?" Akira asked him directly, already forming contingencies in his head.
"It could go either way," he said grimly. "I'll confirm it myself."
Akira nodded just once. "Go, but don't engage unless absolutely necessary. I'll reinforce you if things go bad."
Tobirama vanished moments later down the path they'd come from, accompanied by handpicked guards moving fast through brush and root.
Akira watched them disappear into the treeline before turning back toward camp to issue orders, he wouldn't trust hope alone to keep things from falling apart today.
Kilometers away, Tobirama's group moved with speed that few could counter, and they stopped just as quickly when black-and-red fan symbols came into view ahead of them.
Front and center stood their leader, Uchiha Izuna, staring Tobirama down as if pulled from memory itself.
"You?!"
"You're trying to flank us while your sister fights my brother?" Tobirama asked coldly.
Izuna's gaze hardened beneath his brow, but he didn't answer with words. He only gave the flick of his wrist and drew steel low across his side.
"Kill them!"
