The police came to their house the next day at 3.AM. James remained silent about the murder, he said everything else but not the horrific act he did to Fukuyan. At 3.AM, at school there were present: The staff, principal,witnesses (students), teachers, the brothers'parents ,police,ambulance and Fukuyan's parents. First the police asked the students what happened. .
Martina Picchione: "I saw saw James throwing Fukuyan and Phantomimes recording, then James threatened us that he would kill our family if we did anything other than staying quiet in the class..then me and 2 friends went to the window and we saw the brothers running towards Fukuyan. They carried a large stick and hit her about..8 or 10 times... And then they carried her and took her to i think somewhere around that black old car.. Because before exiting the school yard to go home, I saw a kind of bright orange trail leading to that car door.. But I dont know where they actually took her."
before interrogating the brothers they checked the car and...they saw Fukuyan's body..arleady rotting..with insects around her.... Her face was almost all eaten up...her lips were eaten...her eyes had holes and were becoming...green?...
When the mother found out about her death she just let herself fall and cry desperately...
The father was sad yeah. But he watched her body getting removed..
When the brothers got interrogated James remained silent.
Phantomimes said everything. She didn't miss a detail. Nothing. She was just... google. Even though it didn't exist at that time..
Fukuyan was taken to the hospital for autopsy and she died from:
*TBI: (Traumatic Brain Injury)
*Internal bleeding and brain hemorrhage
*Loss of blood
*infections
The ARREST
They both got fired from the Salvi Berrettini School and their acting course they were doing (it was never mentioned in the story).
Phantomimes Osong was not found guilty but because she was 11,in italy you can get arrested after the age of 14.
James was arrested and found guilty of homicide. And was given 3 other charges that he prefered not to be said to the public. And he was arrested for 9 years in prison.
Aftermath
Osong family:
After the interrogation of Phantomimes, she was not found guilty so she went home. Her parents recommended her a therapist or a psychiatrist but she refused. Phantomimes is now a compositor.
James got released after 9 years. He never came home because he found one for himself to live with his girlfriend. He often visitd his family. He now writes books.

Lara Gettoni opened a site for children's safety and tips for teenagers.
Kenji ZxKaretaru works as a lawyer.
Salvi Berrettini School:
The students continue going to school but after 3 weeks from the incident. They recovered and won a price at the end of the year (1984-1985).
The school reputation has lowered. But its not the school's fault.
Fukuyan was buried on the other side of the school.
