CHAPTER 01: The Girl Who Should Have Died
The fire, the blood, the screams — it should have ended her. But fate had other plans. Seven long years had passed since Myra Singh lost everything. Her family. Her life. Her heart. Everyone believed she had died seven years ago. But no one knew she was still alive — and plotting something dangerous. The pain she had suffered... now she wanted every one of them to taste it.
One evening, as she stood near the sea, thinking about how to make them all suffer — she noticed someone had fallen into the river. Without hesitation, she rushed to help. The man she pulled from the water was none other than Ayaan Singhania — son of Vikram Singhania. Myra saved him, dragging him safely to the shore.
When Ayaan opened his eyes, he was stunned — and strangely happy — to be saved by a beautiful stranger. He had no idea that the angelic face before him hid a heart blackened by hatred.
Before anyone could approach, Myra disappeared. Moments later, the Singhania's arrived and took their son home — unaware of who had saved him.
Meanwhile, back at the Singhania estate, Ruan Singhania was practicing fencing when he received shocking news. In the middle of his match, a woman — Myra Singh — appeared and challenged him to a duel. During the match, with a swift move, she pinned a sword to his chest — along with a folded piece of paper.
The note read:
"RK Publications is launching the next book of Myra Singh."
Myra looked him in the eye and said:
"Either keep your dreams within your limits, or raise your worth."
Before Ruan could respond, Myra disappeared once again — leaving him stunned and full of questions.
Later, confused and curious, Ruan called his best friend Kanika. He asked her if she had released this news about Myra's book — but Kanika denied it and demanded to know why he was asking.
When Ruan explained that Myra Singh had appeared, fencing sword in hand, and had warned him about 'keeping his dreams in limits', Kanika was thrilled. She bombarded Ruan with questions:
"What does Myra Singh look like? Is she beautiful? How did this happen?"
Meanwhile, Myra was already planning her next move.
No one knew the truth — her meeting with the Singhania brothers had been carefully planned… and flawlessly executed. Now, both brothers couldn't stop thinking about her — exactly as she had intended.
Why is she doing all this? What really happened seven years ago? Let's find out… in the next chapter.
