Ava poured the chips into a bowl, she walked into the living room with the bowl of chips and set it on the center table.
Today is Ryan's birthday and they planned to spend the night in each other's arms watching an old classic RomCom.
Ryan had gone upstairs to get his laptop, which was connected to the large plasma TV in the living room. Everything is set. The place looks perfect. Ava settled on the couch waiting for Ryan. Then something popped up on the screen.
Sylvia: Baby, I thought you were spending your birthday with me*pouting emoji*
Me: Darling I can't. I'm spending the night with Ava. She's on the edge. I haven't been home for two nights straight. I was with you remember.
'That should be Ryan's reply I guess.' Ava thought
Sylvia: Ryan baby. I thought you were planning on breaking up with that bitch.
Me: You know I can't right now. Even if she ran away from home. Her name is still getting me what I need.
Sylvia: Don't you love me anymore? I thought love was bigger than fame??
Me: Darling I still love you and I forever will. But without her we'll be living in poverty which you wouldn't want. I've got to go. I Love you*love emoji*
Sylvia: Love you too*crying emoji**pouting emoji**love emoji*
Ava's mind went wild.
"This couldn't be real or has the movie started. It has to be real the evidence was right in front of me. She mentioned Ryan's name. And I knew Sylvia. From Ryan's architectural company. They were extremely close. And when I complained he said Sylvia is just like a sister to him. So I read no meaning to their relationship" Ava said in a rush jumbling words together.
"But now he is cheating on me with Sylvia. Worst he is using me" The tears were so close to falling. She sniffed it back. She stood up and turned heading towards the stairs. She saw Ryan on the stairs, he was coming down.
" Babe I'm ready. Sorry I took time. I had somethings to take care of " He said. He didn't look up, typing somethings on his computer. Which was obviously displaying on the TV.
She didn't respond. She just walked past him and went up the stairs, stopped at the top of the stairs, to watch him.
Ryan noticed her foul mood. He looked up, eyes darting around trying to make sense of what happened. Then his eyes caught the TV and he gasped. Ava watched his expression closely. She caught the guilty expression and that was all she needed. She ran upstairs.
She packed her clothes in chunk from the closet as fast as she could into the large box on the bed. Ryan didn't come after her. She held back her tears. When the box was filled she zipped it up. Then walked downstairs with the luggage. There he was standing, waiting, staring at her . Like she is the love of his life. He rushed towards her.
"Ava I can explain. You don't need to leave." He said holding on to the hand that held on to the luggage.
"I don't need your explanation." Ava said trying to yank her hands away. She finally got his hands of her and rushed to the door.
"Where are you going to go? You have no where but here" He said calling after her.
He was right and she hated it. She had no where but there but she needed the space she needs to breath everything was just overwhelming and painful.
She needed to clear her head, so she went to the park, with her luggage. She had no phone on her. She had left it in the villa, in the hope of leaving as fast as she could. At least she had a little cash on her but she had no where to go. She had no friends. Ryan never allowed her make friends. She had only one place left.
Ava stared at the mansion coldly before walking into it. She never thought she would be back here, she had a magnificent life with Ryan, well at least she thought she did. She thought they were hindering her from living the life she wanted.
She collapsed on her knees in the living room in tears.
"Baby!!" Mrs. Richardson exclaimed in shock immediately she saw her from the top of the stairs. She ran down the stairs and hugged Ava. Ava melted in her embrace.
"Baby. Stop crying. Tell me what happened. I knew that bastard would hurt you. " Her mum said hugging her tightly. Ava cried in her arms.
"What's with all the..." Mr. Richardson voice came from the top of the stairs. He stopped talking abruptly immediately he saw Ava.
