Burning Sun Peak…
Inner Court…
Since coming from Jia Kai's dorm, Ron Lee shut himself inside his room and didn't come out, not even for training classes.
Mo Han had really hit Ron Lee's pride by displaying the Sun Piercing Sword Technique in front of all the spectators.
Many close friends tried to persuade him, but Ron was not ready to face the world after being ridiculed at the hands of a servant.
"Shut your mouths… who gave you permission to make noise?" Ron Lee cried out from behind the tightly shut doors.
"Sorry, master. A disciple came from the Outer Court to meet you," the servant replied in an apologetic tone.
"What for? Does he also want to mock me?" Ron Lee asked in a frustrated, angry tone.
"No, young master. I brought news related to Mo Han. Just now he left the sect grounds. His fatty friend also left with him," the Outer Court disciple, who stood as a guard at the entrance gate, replied in a respectful tone.
"Go away… who asked you to bring news about that bastard? Leave now before I kick you out," Ron Lee warned in a threatening tone.
The Outer Court disciple, who thought he would get a reward from Ron Lee, was utterly surprised by this negative reaction. After hearing the angry grunt from inside, the disciple ran away without looking back.
Just after the disciple left, Ron Lee finally opened his room doors and stepped out.
"Servant Chan, quickly leave the sect grounds and find out where Mo Han is going. If you find anything suspicious, report back to me immediately. Understood?" Ron Lee instructed in a serious tone while placing 3 spirit stones in the hands of his servant.
"Yes, master. I already have your permission token. I will leave right away," the servant named Chan bowed his head and left in a hurry.
"Mo Han, I know that you're up to something. After finding your weak point, I will make you bark like a dog in front of my door," Ron Lee muttered as he clenched his fists in anger.

Late evening…
The sun was almost touching the horizon… only a little light was left for the day.
After walking for hours, Mo Han and Fatty Lambu finally reached the nearest village where chariots would be available for purchase.
Fatty was gasping for air, completely exhausted from the long walk.
The servant sent by Ron Lee had also caught up with them and was secretly following from a long distance.
"Brother Han, let's rest for tonight. Tomorrow, we'll buy an old chariot and proceed with our journey towards the Pink Blossom Tree. I think it will only take six hours by chariot to reach the sect," Fatty Lambu said with an exhausted look.
"Let's go buy the chariot now, and you can rest on it while I ride through the night," Mo Han said casually, without any signs of tiredness on his face.
"What are you talking about? Do you still have the energy to ride a chariot? Also, it's risky to travel at night," Fatty suggested.
"We're going to buy a chariot with all our spirit stones. What do we have to lose?" Mo Han asked, determined to reach the Pink Blossom Tree Sect as soon as possible.
Fatty opened his mouth to complain, but he couldn't find a good reason to stop Mo Han. With a disappointed look, he led the way towards the village centre, where they could buy an old chariot.
The village was very small, with only around 30 houses and very few people. Because of its strategic location, everyone was selling different kinds of goods for passersby. There was also a small inn that served food.
Soon, they reached the village centre and began checking out the chariots, which were lined up. A lone old man was selling them. Unlike the metal ones, the chariots the old man sold were made of wood and of very average quality.
When Fatty enquired about the price, the old man quoted a direct 200 spirit stones for a chariot.
Fatty stood there in shock after hearing the extravagant price.
"Elder, I'll be honest with you. I only have 30 spirit stones and I'm looking for an old chariot. Do you have anything in that range?" Mo Han stepped forward and asked the old man with a straight face.
The old man observed Mo Han from head to toe, as his way of speaking was quite different—something the old man had never encountered in his long life.
"Boy, you're not from here, right?" the old man asked with a questioning look.
"Yes, I came from a very faraway land. Why don't you help me a bit?" Mo Han asked in a respectful tone.
"Sorry, young one. I don't have any cheaper ones right now. Also, you won't be able to find a chariot for that price," the old man replied.
"It's okay. I'll try my luck elsewhere," Mo Han said casually and turned around to leave.
Fatty also followed him with a disappointed look. He had never expected the price of chariots to be so high in such a small village.
"Wait a second. If you don't mind, I can lend you my old Mountain Eagle pet for 30 spirit stones. But only for a month," the old man suggested.
Mo Han turned around and stared at the old man with a confused look.
"What? No… it seems like a scam. Brother Han, let's go somewhere else and check for old chariots. This old guy is definitely trying to scam us," Fatty Lambu cried out in surprise after hearing the proposal.
The old man continued to stare at Mo Han, waiting for his decision.
"Wait… what is a Mountain Eagle? Can we really ride on a bird?" Mo Han asked in a surprised tone. Since coming to this world, Mo Han didn't see anyone riding the beasts or flying treasures.
