Chapter 46 - Chapter 46: The First and the Last

Location: Timeline Cathedral – Throne Chamber Core

The Prism shone like a miniature star above the throne platform. Yanis and Kael stood before it, hands brushing the control rings, ready to rewrite the final threads of time.

Then the light bent.

Reality warped inward.

And a figure stepped forward.

Armored in Choir glass. Face scarred by time. Eyes hollow.

> "Designation: Origin Reclaimer – Subject K∆₁₀-Prime"

> "Authorization: Total Override of All Reclaimer Threads"

Kael staggered back, as if punched in the soul.

> "That's… me."

The Origin Reclaimer smiled. Not cruelly. Not even angrily.

Vacantly.

> "I made the choice you were too weak to make."

> "I killed the Seed. I deleted Yanis. I let Aeyra burn."

> "And I won."

---

Flashback: The First Reclaimer

In a timeline long erased, Kael chose control.

He sealed the Seed inside a collapsing Gate.

He purged every fragment of interface code from every living being.

He murdered timeline after timeline — and in the end, he stood alone, a god of silence.

The Choir called him a hero.

The universe called him a mistake.

Now he returns to finish the job.

---

Back in the Cathedral – Fight Begins

Yanis raises her hand — but her interface glitches.

> [WARNING: Authority Conflict – Subject K∆₁₀-Prime registered as original Core Host]

> [Queenbringer Status: Temporarily Suspended]

Kael steps forward, hand still bleeding from catching Aeyra's blade.

> "You're not me."

The Origin Reclaimer tilts his head.

> "You're just a watered-down regret."

> "You feel. I finished."

Kael draws his blade.

> "Then let's finish it again."

---

Fight Sequence: Kael vs. Kael

It wasn't just a swordfight.

Every strike from the Origin shattered memories.

Entire pieces of Kael's past — laughing with Yanis, saving Aeyra, holding the line at Corefall — were erased with each clash.

> "You're not a savior," the Origin spat. "You're a cracked mirror."

Kael fell to one knee.

Yanis tried to step in — the Origin snapped a sigil into place and froze her in place.

> "This is between versions."

Kael coughed blood.

> "You think you're perfect because you cut everything out."

> "But that's not strength."

He stood, staggering.

> "That's emptiness."

---

Aeyra Reactivates

Suddenly — from the platform edge — Aeyra screamed.

> [Self-Termination Override – Choir Command: Broken]

[Interface Sync: Reclaimant, Queenbringer, Saint – Linked]

Her body exploded in light.

And Kael surged with power — not to win, but to remember.

Every memory that was erased returned.

Because Aeyra held them.

Because Yanis still believed.

---

Final Strike

Kael dropped the sword.

Walked toward the Origin Reclaimer — defenseless.

> "You gave up everything to become stronger."

> "I held on to it. Even when it tore me apart."

He touched the Origin's chest.

And his own voice echoed from within it.

> "I never wanted to be you."

The Origin shattered — not in blood.

But in broken timelines.

---

Final Scene – The Throne Activates

Yanis collapsed into the throne, her sigils fully restored.

Kael stood beside her.

Aeyra knelt at the base, stabilizing.

The Prism accepted them all.

> [TRINITY SYNC COMPLETE: RECLAIMANT / QUEENBRINGER / SAINT]

[TIMELINE CATHEDRAL OVERRIDE: 100%]

[READY TO REWRITE SOURCE CODE]

Yanis opened her eyes — burning with light.

> "Let's write an ending that remembers everyone."
