"Watch out Adam!"
A girl shouts as her eyes linger on the boy whose hands form a huge wave off water aiming at the man holding a stash off gold.
"Why are you doing this?"
Adam asked his eyes lighting up with fire. Water poured faster from the sky as the room quieted down. The man held a sword towards Adam reciting a spell backwards. Taking a step forward, not realising what was about to happen Adam fell to the ground. His black hair turned white as red stripes appeared on his face.
"What did you do?"
He asked confused and bewildered using his last ounce of energy to push the man away. The world turned black as someone kept calling out for him.
…
A girl sighed holding her pen in her other hand as she wrote on the paper.
"Why is this so hard?"
She whispered angrily to herself. She had majored in literature, but for what? She had imagination, but not the skills to write. Misa had been writing this story for years already. Now she was at the backstory part where the readers would find out why exactly Adam was a half-demon.
She put the pen down finally and ran her hand through her blond hair. As she laid her head on the table she thought about how her story didn't even have any romance.
"This story is supposed to have only action.. If I added a female lead now it would ruin it"
She said out loud as her friend started chuckling next to her
"You sure? Or is it because you have fallen in love with the character you created"
Her friend asked jokingly with a chuckle as she hit her head lightly.
"Don't say stupid things like that"
She didn't understand why her friend would say such a thing. Clearly she did have deep love towards all of her creations, she wanted to give them the best endings as possible.
As she parted ways with her friend she looked at the dark sky filled with stars.
"I just wish I could become a bright star, far out of reach so no one could ruin what's left of me"
She whispered out loud. The wind blew onto her as she chuckled. Was she insane? Maybe..
The street lights went out dark, the energy of the street was turning kind of eery. The girl stopped walking and turned to looi in every way she could.
"Who are you?"
She heard a shadow call out to her. Flinching every movement as she grew more anxious at that moment. Did her time come? No, that couldn't be it. She knew her ass was already lucky enough to survive through her worst teenage years.
"Wait… I know you…"
She heard the voice speak again, clenching her teeth.
"Then what is my name?"
She asked expecting an answer, she wouldn't play around anymore. She just wanted to get home and play her survival world in Petcraft.
"It's A…"
Her eyes widened as the weird shadow whispered a name that she had never even heard into her ear.
"What?"
A light flashed infront her eyes and before she knew she was out cold…
—----------------------------------------
The village of Viapro was blooming today. Merchants doing exchanges, kids running around the plaza. The wind blew by the trees branches leaving a chilly soft feeling around everyone.
"Hey, look at that it might be a shooting star!"
A child with long braided hair said, looking up at the sky. Her eyes were filled with awe. It was such a rare sight.
"A shooting star during the day?"
The childs mother asked confused. How could such a thing be possible. Everyone started going into panic thinking someone was attacking the village. The ground shook as all the villagers felt something hard hit the ground.
"Patrol! Head to the forest and search for whatever it was that hit the ground! Quick!"
In the forest a girl opened her eyes. Her head was aching more than ever. Looking around she felt even more out of the world.
"H-Huh? Who am I?... Where am I?"
She shook as she looked at her hands that looked like ones that she even couldn't regocnise. The sun was starting to set and she became even more panicked getting up. She looked around the forest seeing animals, trees and more trees…
"Oh my lord…"
She blabbered out of her mouth as she felt like she had been through hell and back. The only sounds she could hear were the wind, footsteps..
"What?"
She said out loud scared. Someone was approaching her in the forest. The footsteps kept coming closer and closer until she could make out who it was in front of her.
The guard patrol found a girl in the forest. Taking in her appearance curious and more importantly cautious. They had never seen a girl who looked like that.
"Put your hands up and state your reasoning in the woods of Viapro!"
One of the guards said looking the girl up and down. Her eyes wandered to the weird dress she was wearing. A white gown nothing like she had ever seen. More confusion awakened in the guards.
The girl started shaking slightly she put her hands up knowing that safety would be the most important thing to think about at the moment. She couldn't know her reasonings, how could she? She wasn't even sure **who** she was and **why** she had awakened in this forest. Though the name of Viapro did ring something familiar in her head, she just couldn't find what it was.
"Viapro?"
The girl asked the guards and they looked back at the girl confused. Viapro was one of the most known villages in the land of Jade. The village had great connections to other villages around the world which made it possible for people outside of the village to hear about it. It was really strange to have never heard about it. That's why the guards were now really suspicious of the girl in front of them.
"Viapro is one of the most successful and biggest villages around the world. Haven't you heard of it?"
The guard with long orange hair answered not wanting to scare the girl, but also wanted to stay cautious. The other guards crossed their arms and nodded to the guards' explanation. Though the girl still seemed confused and was unsure what they meant.
"Oh, I haven't."
The girl answered trying not to suspicious, now it seemed really clear to her that she should know of the village called "Viapro". She was still keeping her hands up in the air as one of the guards, who seemed to lead the group, stepped forward.
"We will take you in for questioning, please don't act rashly."
Then the girl was being led through the forest into the village. Two off the guards were being ordered to take her to Viapro since the lead guard and one other were still searching for the source of what could have possibly hit the ground.
As they walked in the forest the girl took in the tall trees, the bushes, the way birds were flying from tree to tree in a flock or alone. They were all quiet only the sound footsteps and the birds song could be heard. When they started nearing the gate of the village the guards signed the people in the tower to open the gate.
The girl and the guards entered the village. The people immediately started talking, curious and wanted to know if the girl had anything to do with whatever had fallen to the ground. Though before they could question it the head guard approached them and looked down at the girl, who the guards had brought.
"Who might this be?"
He asked, looking at the guards of the patrol that had returned from the forest. He had never seen someone with such light hair and that dress she wore wasn't of any silk he had ever seen before.
"We aren't sure, we brought her in for questioning."
The guards answered. He then crossed his arms and nodded, taking a moment to gather his thoughts. He then moved his hands as a sign so the guards moved away from the girl. He walked closer to her and removed his helmet with a soft smile.
"Hello, I shall be the person to question you. My name is Cole Kiha, the head guard of Viapro."
He held his hand out to her to shake it. She was confused at first not understand what this gesture meant or maybe she knew sometime, but it appears she had forgotten. She reached out to hold onto his hand, looking up into his gentle black eyes.
"Hi, my name is…"
The girl looked around at different objects, it would seem even more suspicious if she wouldn't be able to tell this important looking guy a name. A name? something that could resemble her. She had seen her own hands, they looked soft. She had seen many flowers, trees, clouds, the grass, but seriously she couldn't remember any of their names. Something seemed to come onto her mind though after 10 seconds, she had to be quick with this.
"Misa, nice to meet you."
Misa answered Cole and took her hand back to herself, she tried to smile. She really did, but it came out as an awkward one. Coles eyes lingered back on her for a moment studying for any hint of lie and smiled back. He then turned to the guards looking serious.
"Go back into the forest, bring back any clues on whatever could have hit the forest. I'll bring this girl to the guard station, any questions?"
The guards both answered "No" at the same time and headed back into the forest through the gate and after that the gate closed.
"Follow me, Misa"
Cole said and started leading her to the guards station. People looking at him and her with curious looks, seeing the girl with strange clothes. After making it to the guard station he sat down with Misa looking at her again.
"Where are you from?"
Now the questioning would start. Misa knew she needed to make valid answers just so she wouldn't be caught of lying to someone with a big status. It was hard though since there weren't any maps to get help from.
The room quieted down as finally sat fown. The village of Viapro quieting down. Light softly flashed by the dusty windows leaving. As if sending a sign that the question didn't need to be answered yet and maybe next time she would have a better answer.
"I'm not comfortable sharing that"
Misa answered and looked down at her hands. Just like her name it was a made up lie, maybe one day she will be tangled in all her lies unable to break free. One lie could lead to many possible more, Even two lies could lead to a hundred more lies.
Becoming twisted people unable to trust her. Can she ever be honest with herself? With others? Who is she and why has she woken up in a world, that is just too peaceful or maybe she just hasn't met with the chaos yet.
