Because I am sitting in a complete white room with a person who look a little old but with a warm aura which cannot help but make you relax.

"Language" he said to me.
So he can ready mind.

"So,how did I died ?" I asked because I don't remember.
He replied ,"well , I sneezed and your world got destroyed"
I am looking him blankly , try to comprehend what he just said.
"Just kidding, you died due to heart attack while sleeping " he said laughing.
I don't know what to think or say so I just asked him "what now?"
He looks at me and said "you are quite calm for your situation"
I just chukled and said "because for me this is more like a dream and if I am really dead what i can do about it ?"
"So what now, will I be judged or reincarnate "
"You will be reincarnated with 3 wishes of your choice and any world you want with your memories "
I looked at him stunned, I mean I thought I would lose my memories and go to cycle of reincarnation or whatever.
"You can take your time then tell me " he said
After few minutes of thinking I finally made my decision.
I look at him and said "okay I have decided"
"Go on" he said
"For my first wish I want Raphael:lord of wisdom from 'that time I reincarnated as a slime' anime with possibility to evolve into manas"
This choice is obvious because let's be real that skill is absolute cheat in any universe whether Naruto,magic world's,modern world,marvel, dragon ball ,etc. it can analyse and create best possible ways to grow in either money or power
He nodded then I continued " my second wish is creation skill, as long as I have information I can create what I want skills, technology, material, anything and if I don't have information I can still create it by compensating energy for the information"
He thought for a second then nodded I continued "for my third wish I want to you to make it so I can use my creation skill without any cost even if I don't have any information, for as much possible with in a time period"
He thought for a moment then said " you can use your skill once a 10 year without any cost "
I nodded ,it still much time but I can create anything which is absolute op level cheat.
He then asked "which world you want to reincarnate?"
"My hero academia world" I said immediately
He asked "can I know the reason?"
"Can't you read mind?" I asked
"Well it's gets boring if I know everything "
I nodded then said " I have not fight or kill anyone so to adjust I want a rather easy but also at same time hard world.
Easy because of power level , except all might and all for one not everyone is that strong compare to other worlds(Naruto, dragon ball etc.)
And hard because if I don't adjust final phase fights will be really hard for me."
He nooded then I asked "can I ask a question?"
"Yes ask"
"Why do you reincarnate people like this "
He murmers to himself "only the author knows"
I asked "what ?"
He said " ofcourse for my (and readers) entertainment "
I nodded, then he said " are you ready"
I was going to nod but then I said " can you make It so I get my memories at 3 year old"
He nooded then snaps and I was gone .

Once only ROB was in the room he said to himself " I should not have sneezed".
