Chapter 31 - Declaration of war(II)

In the next period of time, Hong Jun was not iddle and focused on the infrastructure based on some of the planning from his previous life. Even though he couldn't completely replicate things, the skilled individuals in this world, especially mortals whose skills had been passed down for hundreds of years where not to be underestimated.

Just with little guidance, things went smoother than he had expected.

In just another two years, the entire Hong clan had changed completely.

What was important was that all mortals had to receive some identification when they reached the age of fourteen and it was also the right age to start training in martial arts.

Hong Jun set up many reforms, and the compulsory education was the most important as all those kids that had reached the age of seven had to attend school.

After reaching the age of 13 they would undergo a test and then enter the middle school that was based on foundation of martial arts.

That was not all, in the past two years, old Gu Tian had already reached the pinaccle of intent and was standing at the rank nine grandmaster.

He was able to kill foundation building Qi refiners like ants. The intention at the nintth level was terrifying, and only Old Master Ye was close to this level.

Hong Jun had been busy with his daughter and wife when free from taking care of clan issues.

He didn't have time to focus on cultivation. But he was not flustered, as he had the advantage of the Celestial Supression Pillar. Once utilzed well, it would be nothing to improve his comprehension.

He was currently sitting on a wooden chair, in a hall, that was his current office.

A two year old baby was sitting on his lap, observing his actions with lively eyes.

At the moment a group of fifteen people where standing before him.

On the right side Su Qingqin was sitting.

On the life side, the two grandmaster elders Gu Tian and Old Master Ye where present.

They had supressed their aura's but they resembled two ferocious beasts ready to pouch at any time, with strong blood Qi surging inside their bodies.

Only Su Qingqin seemed very ordinary but even so, the two old men felt their back shiver when they looked at her. Clearly she was very dangerous in their eyes.

Others in the clan might not see this and only feel the oppression of blood and Qi from Hong Jun, and the other two grandmasters.

It was just that the two of them knew, this was spirtual supression and could only happen because she was probably already in the Xiantian realm. She had already grasped true meaning.

Right! The realms on the clan supression treasure Celestial Supression Pillar had been arranged to four levels at present. The last two where with that assistance of Su Qingqin, and not just by her words, but information that convinced Hong Jun and the other two grandmasters.

She claimed it was an inheritance, Hong Jun didn't care if it was a lie as long as the information provided was true.

The body refinement realm, Grandmaster realm, Xiantian realm and finally martial master realm.

According to Su Qingqin, the body refinement was to cleanse and strengthen the body skin, tendons, muscles, internal organs and bones in turn resulting in stronger blood Qi. Even though it couldn't strengthen lifespan, it could make the body free of cold. This stage involved body strengthening and didn't require any good comprehension ability.

The grandmaster realm was a different level as it started to deal with spirit, and the stronger one was, the more their bodies would become free of mortal ailments. That was far from over, those at this level might not have an increase in lifespan, but their bodies would retain vitality and strong activity from the moment they reached this stage till end of lifespan. This stage involved intent. Grandmaster realm has nine ranks and the ninth rank is an invincible existance before those in the foundation building stage, unless they have weapons of Golden core level to assist in a battle.

Finally it was the stage that Su Qingqin was speculated to be standing, the Xiantian stage, this stage involved grasping true meaning. At this stage one is said to have reverted back to nature, and is why Su Qingqin was just like a harmless mortal in the eyes of the other mortals in the clan, but the grandmasters in the clan felt fear by seeing her.

Intent was the understanding of oneself and acquiring a strong will that could interfere with reality while True meaning was a glimpse into the understanding of the world.

Once someone gained a glimpse they tried to imitate and create their own, as a result the would recieve a blessing and their spirit further enhanced.

True meaning was clearly understanding of the world and based on that path one has taken, it was possible to unleash attacks using the power of the world one is imitating.

Finally the realm of Martial arts master is not explained in detail, but it is stated that one has attained martial will. It is born from transformation of intent and true meaning comprended.

The information on this level was only basic. But even so, this was a massive leap in the clan compared to before.

What was even more important was that Hong Jun had gained deeper control over the Celestial Supression Pillar. He was calling everyone over for something important he was about to announce.

Seeing that everyone had gathered, he didn't waste time.

"We have done okay during this period even brought in more mortals, but also had conflicts with others. Due to Su Qingqin's deterrence those Immortal sects and Families have not come to seek trouble because their ancestors are still just at this golden core ancestors. Things will probably not stay the same in the long run, once the others stop watching the show and join forces, we will be doomed." He was clearly indicating that the clan was still too weak.

"I have thought about it and decided to let the two grandmmasters to continue taking charge of the Hong Academy and strive to train a few more grandmasters." Hong Jun said.

"Huh! Clan master, this is more appropriate!" Suddenly a voice of objection was raised from among one of the fifteen figures standing in the hall.

"Oh! Tell me! What is your reason?" He looked over and asked calmly.

He wasn't angered by this, after all he set up this kind of situation to stop a one man show from taking place. Having more people to voice their opinions will be far more effective and even cover his blindspots in knowledge and thinking.
