While everyone in the castle goes about their day, I sit in this lonely room pondering about four riddles which may or may not relate to me.
1. The lemon tea.
2. A Eastern Crown Prince's engagement plans.
3. The Blood Rose has bloomed.
4. The Twin has returned.
The lemon tea: It can't be a coincidence. Lemon tea is my favorite, the lemon mixed in with the sweetness is delicious, absolutely delicious.
But I make that by myself.
Though, the tea leaves I take from the kitchen.
What if the tea leaves are only for me?
I've never seen anyone else in the palace drinking lemon tea. I'll have to do a few experiments today then. My day suddenly got busier.
A Eastern Crown Prince's engagement plans: This has to be him. The one the Imperial Family wants to sell me off too.
The rumors must be coming true.
I only have a bit less than a year left... if what I heard is still happening. They must want to marry me off after I have my debutante. I can't stop but I can escape.
The Blood Rose has bloomed: I did hear that a prophecy had recently been released. It must be about the Blood Rose. But I should figure out who the Blood Rose is.
Them blooming now must mean that something's happened.
Am I out of the loop with everything?
Do I need to attend another tea party again? No one talks to me there but I become quite adept at eavesdropping.
The Twin has returned: It can't be...
There's only one person who could be the twin that would make such a big impact.
The Imperial Commander's twin.
His rival in everything.
She's an icon for all noble ladies who want to be something, who want to do something.
She moved out of our empire and ran to the Northern Empire because she believed it was better. I don't blame her.
It's time to finally accept a tea party invitation. But to do that I have to get permission from Father. He'll accept but I just need to push him into thinking that it's the best for our reputation.
But who's do I accept?
Who's heavily under the control of Father and won't give a care if I'm there?
Well, there's only one family that's perfect for that.
Tomorrow, I'll ask Father.
But today, I'll experiment.
