"Okay, I've already held back a lot of my strength. This was just to teach you a lesson. Remember—never overestimate yourself. The real enemy won't show mercy."

Alex Ray spoke slowly to Peter Parker, who lay on the ground, his cloak fluttering in the wind.

Peter lay there, eyes wide with shock and confusion.

Even now, a lingering fear clung to his chest as he recalled what had just happened.

The moment he saw Alex use the Knight Kick on him, a rush of thoughts spun through his mind like a revolving lantern.

He truly believed that his life was about to end—yet, miraculously, Alex's finishing move hadn't caused any fatal injury.

He looked up at the Kamen Rider standing before him, awe and gratitude flooding his eyes.

He realized now that his arrogance had led him here. He had overestimated his newfound powers and underestimated the world around him.

This painful but powerful lesson had been intended to show him the flaws in his thinking—to teach him caution, humility, and the importance of rational judgment in battle.

"Thank you. May I ask... who are you? Why did you teach me all this?" Peter got up slowly and gave the Kamen Rider a deep, sincere bow.

"I know I was wrong. I'll remember this. I won't make the same mistake again."

Peter was genuinely curious about the figure behind the mask. Who was this man that had such power—and such care?

Could it be Uncle Ben? No... impossible. Uncle Ben was far too old.

Maybe Harry? Or even Peter himself from another universe? That seemed more likely. Only someone from Harry's family might have access to such high-tech gear.

Alex looked at Peter, a flicker of satisfaction in his eyes. He could see the change in the boy—the shift in his expression, the deep understanding behind his gaze.

He hoped Peter would carry this lesson forward and grow into someone more mature, more capable.

"I'm just a Kamen Rider passing by," Alex said, turning to step into a swirling golden portal. "I'll come find you again someday."

Before vanishing, he glanced back and called, "Well? You just gonna stand there forever?"

Peter blinked, as if waking from a dream. He snapped out of it and rushed toward the glowing portal, diving into the circle of light.

This time, he made sure to study it more carefully. He looked for clues—some sign of where the power came from or how it worked.

But there was nothing. One moment he was inside, the next he was back where he'd started.

He turned around, ready to ask questions—but the Kamen Rider had vanished.

Although Peter felt a pang of disappointment, the sensation quickly faded. His thoughts turned to the incredible new abilities coursing through his body, and his excitement bubbled back to the surface.

That evening, still riding the high of his transformation, Peter happened to spot Mary Jane Watson standing by the house next door.

In a flash of inspiration, he decided to go talk to her. His spider-powers had given him a confidence boost. Before this, he wouldn't have dared to approach Mary—he'd only admired her from a distance.

But just as he was about to cross the street, Mary was joined by her new boyfriend.

Peter's smile faded as he watched the two of them walk off together toward a sleek, brand-new car.

The thrill of gaining powers disappeared in an instant.

Peter had thought that superpowers would be enough to impress Mary—that she'd finally give him a shot.

But now, seeing her laugh and smile next to someone with a car and money, the truth hit him like a gut punch.

In this world, power didn't mean much unless you had wealth.

Money—money was what turned heads. Money was what earned love, respect, and attention.

Peter clenched his fists. His jaw tightened, and a fierce determination lit up his eyes.

He was going to find a way to make money—with or without superpowers.

He was going to buy his own car.

He watched Mary ride off in someone else's car... but swore to himself that it wouldn't stay that way.

When Peter got home, he immediately grabbed a copy of the local paper and started scanning the classifieds for used vehicles.

His eyes moved rapidly across the page, line after line, searching for something—anything—that could bring his dream closer.

A Bentley for $30,000 caught his eye. He paused... then shook his head. Way too expensive. He sighed and kept looking.

Then a Porsche for $25,000. It wasn't his style, and it still cost too much.

He flipped the page. One was listed at $15,000—not bad, but even that money would be better used to help Uncle Ben and Aunt May with expenses. It felt wrong to be that selfish.

Finally, on the last page, he found it.

A convertible sports car. Sleek, bold, and only $2,598.

Peter's eyes lit up like fireworks.

He didn't care about the cost anymore. This car had style. It had attitude. And most importantly, it looked like something Mary would love.

This was the one.

Now, all he needed was the money.

As he brainstormed ways to raise the cash, a small advertisement caught his eye.

It read: "WRESTLING CHALLENGE – Survive 3 Minutes in the Ring and Win $3,000!"

Peter's heart skipped a beat.

He saw it—his chance.

If he could last just three minutes, he'd have enough to buy the car. Maybe even take Mary for a spin in it.

Just imagining her looking at him with admiration gave Peter all the motivation he needed.

He made up his mind on the spot.

He would enter that ring—and he would win.

That night, Peter stayed up designing a costume for the match.

He dreamed of his future with Mary—driving down the street with the top down, the wind in their hair, her hand in his.

The thought gave him strength, and his determination hardened into resolve.

By the time morning came, Peter was ready to leave home with a smile on his face.

Uncle Ben offered to drive him, but Peter politely declined—he didn't want to trouble him.

Still, Uncle Ben put on his coat and insisted. "I could use some fresh air. Let's go together."

Peter reluctantly agreed.

They drove in silence for a while until they arrived near Peter's destination.

Peter grabbed his bag, eager to head off.

"Thanks, Uncle Ben. I'm heading out," he said quickly.

"Wait," Uncle Ben called, his voice heavier than usual. "We need to talk."

"Can we do this later?" Peter tried to avoid the conversation, but Uncle Ben stood firm.

"If you're willing, let's talk now."

His tone left no room for argument.

Peter sighed, clearly annoyed. "What is it now? Seriously?"

Uncle Ben looked at him, concern etched into his expression.

"We haven't talked in a long time," he began. "And I need to say this now."

Peter frowned. He didn't get why this was happening now of all times.

"You've stopped helping around the house. You come home and lock yourself in your room."

"You're changing, Peter. I get it. I was your age once too."

Peter wanted to snap back—Uncle Ben didn't understand him at all.

But Uncle Ben pressed on.

"These next few years will shape who you become. Choose wisely, Peter. Don't stray from the right path."

Then Uncle Ben pointed gently at Peter's chest.

"Remember: with great power comes great responsibility."

Peter flinched. The words struck deeper than he expected.

It felt like Uncle Ben was trying to control his life.

He scowled. "You think I'm gonna turn into a bad guy or something? Don't worry, okay? I've got it under control. I don't need a lecture right now."

With that, he opened the car door and stepped out forcefully.

He didn't look back—and he didn't see the sorrow clouding Uncle Ben's eyes.

He didn't know that, unless fate intervened, this would be the last time he ever heard those words from Uncle Ben.
