Chapter 2 - Return To Earth 2

Looking back at his surrounding , their fight just now made the battlefield flat and their nothing left .

Argan walk to the top jagged cliff of obsidian, his gaze scanning the ruined horizon. The smoke of war still hung in the air, and the scent of blood clung to the wind . If it a normal person , they will paint or vomit the moment they saw blood scent .

He doesn't had any sad expression because he had witness many death for a million years.

When he doesn't hear any sound of fight , he call his subordinate .

With a flick of his fingers, a black tear gaped open beside him. From it stepped a giant of a man clad in magical armor, his figure veiled in respect and authority.

Dalan knelt at once, bent his head, his loyalty uncompromised. His posture like a knight that ready die for his king.

"What your command, my king," he said, voice calm but authoritative.

Argan's eyes narrowed slightly. "Is the field secure?"

"Only the weak remain, Your Majesty," Dalan answered, not lifting his gaze. "Their resistance is meaningless. Our forces are cleansing the remains as we speak."

Argan nodded faintly, his eyes distant. "Good. I grow tired of meaningless slaughter. The remaining enemy will make a chaos again if we left them alone."

"Shall I remain and taken command of the final cleansing?"

Argan turned his gaze to the dark sky, stars dimmed behind drifting ashes. The remaining enemy had nothing left but that doesn't means he will let them be .

"Yes. Don't let them go. Make sure that wipe out them completely before they can rebuild their strenght."

He paused, then added, "I need you elsewhere, Dalan."

Dalan looked up, surprised. "Yes my king?"

Argan's voice was low, thoughtful. "This war may be over… but wounds remain. I want you to lead the others and help the civilians rebuild their home . Protect them. Watch them. Make sure this never happens again."

Dalan placed a hand on his chest, bowing deeply. "It shall be done. I will not fail them."

Argan raised his voice to the sky.

"Essentials , all of you!"

At once, shadows coalesced around him as seven elite commanders appeared from thin air, kneeling in unison before their king.

"We are here, my lord," they said.

Argan's voice rang with finality.

"The war is over, but do not lower your guard. Those with families go back to them. The rest of you… follow Dalan. Help the wound civillian. Some of them maybe had lost live One or trauma because of the war."

"Understood, my lord," they responded, their voices steady though their hearts heavy. None wished to be parted from him.

"Do my lord have any other commands?" Dalan asked.

Argan shook his head dazedly. "No. You may all go. I will summon you… when there any event that can threat any world."

" Yes my lord "

And with that, they vanished in a flash of black flame, leaving Argan alone amidst the remains of broken world and shattered empires.

Now, there was only silence accompanied him and the distant cry of dying stars. The war had ended .

Suddenly, Argan felt a ripple , a whisper of dark energy crawling Along the weave of space. It was faint… and familiar. The same signature Jaun had once wielded when they fight .

Argan's eyes narrowed. Without hesitation, he extended his hand into the void. Though invisible to mortal sight, he grasped the dark energy with ease as if gripping smoke with iron fingers. He use Lask eye that can trace source or energy of any form even god cannot escape from this power .

"This… the demon god's essence. So he still lingers," Argan thought, his mind calm but sharp as a blade drawn in silence.

Without another word, he closed his eyes, letting his senses stretch across the cosmos. Vessels of corruption, faint and malicious, slithered toward a distant location beyond universe.

He found it.

And in an instant without sound, without warning , Argan vanished into thin air

Far beyond the edge of the known universe, within a realm steeped in chaos and despair, the Demon God awakened on his bone and darkness throne of bones and shadows. He had sensed it. His corrupted pressence being hunted.

"This is impossible!" the Demon God growl, his voice like shattered stone. He never thought that Argan can trace him even thought there Wald Wall that can prevent any solid form bypass it ."How did he pursue me here?!"

A chill chill through the dimension. The shadows at his side twisted unnaturally.

"What… is that?"

"What is it that you find so hard to believe?" said a calm, icy voice beside him.

The Demon God's eyes widened with terror inscribed on his once proud body. He step back quickly… and there stood Argan with his serious expression. He doesn't notice Argan presence when he stand near to him .

Silent. Unyielding. Inevitable.

"No… you shouldn't be here! This realm far from place you can reach!"

Argan took a step forward. The dimension itself trembled with each steped.

" Die!! " Without any warning , the demon god move at speed of light into Argan so he can finish of Argan before he can react .

But Argan is able to notice demon god make move and he quickly step aside and the attack missed .

Demon god can't stop his movement when Argan grab him and throw him into the wall . Demon god crushed the wall and dust scattered everywhere.

" Cuff!Cuff!Cuff!. " When demon god stand up again after hit the wall , he regain his sight . " How dare you!! You can't kill me . I'm immortal. "
