Chapter 7: The Star Princess Who Fell From Heaven (And Landed In My Lap)

Section 1: Nightfall Over Ruins

Night cloaked the Ye Sect like a velvet shroud.

But unlike before—when only wind and silence whispered through the shattered halls—this night was alive.

Sparks flew as disciples repaired shattered statues. Makeshift torches illuminated broken columns, and the echoes of hammer strikes sang alongside chanting cultivators.

It was rebirth.

And at the heart of it all stood Ye Tian, atop the Ashen Roar of the Abyss, overlooking his broken kingdom with a devil's grin.

> [Ye Sect Rebuild Status: 12% Complete.] [Core Members: 4.] [Active Threats Nearby: 2 Celestial Scouts. Status: Hidden.]

Long Yuyan stood beside him, arms crossed, frost in her breath despite the summer air. Lira watched from below, eyes never leaving him.

He wasn't just rebuilding a sect.

He was building a kingdom that would slap Heaven across the face.

And Heaven was starting to notice.

Section 2: The Girl in the Falling Star

Then it happened.

A streak of light split the sky. A meteor? No—too slow. Too controlled. It blazed across the heavens, trailing violet flames and divine essence.

It crashed into the valley behind Ye Sect with a thunderous boom, shaking the entire mountain range.

Ye Tian didn't hesitate.

"Yuyan. Lira. Elder Mo. With me."

The crater was still steaming when they arrived. Arcane patterns scorched into the rock pulsed with celestial energy.

And at its center…

A girl.

Unconscious. Floating inches above the crater floor.

She looked no older than Ye Tian. Her long silver-blue hair glowed under starlight. Crystalline robes shimmered around her like she was wrapped in constellations. A tiara of pure stardust hovered just above her brow.

Then her eyes snapped open—blazing with galaxies.

And they locked onto Ye Tian.

"You," she whispered, voice trembling with recognition. "You're the reason the stars trembled…"

Section 3: The Princess of Nowhere

She didn't remember her name.

Not fully.

All she knew was the stars had cast her out. A punishment. A prophecy.

And Ye Tian… was part of that prophecy.

"I… was supposed to find you," she said, holding her head. "Or kill you."

Long Yuyan stepped forward. "We should bind her. She's unstable."

Ye Tian raised a hand. "No. Let her speak."

"I… dreamt of you," the girl said. "Every night. A man with a broken system and too many hearts. A boy who would rebuild an empire… and destroy the heavens."

She stepped closer, aura crackling. "You are the Glitch in Fate."

> [System Alert: Cosmic Thread Alignment Reached.] [Bond Initiation – Star Princess In Progress…]

Her lips brushed his cheek like a comet skimming an atmosphere.

"I think I'm in love with you. Even if I was born to destroy you."

Ye Tian grinned. "You're hired."

Section 4: Celestial Scouts, Hidden Blades

From the treeline, two shadows watched the crater scene unfold.

Heaven's spies.

Clad in cloaks woven from sunfire and moonthread, their eyes glowed with divine scripts.

"So the anomaly truly is gathering godbound maidens…"

"The Celestial Court will not tolerate this."

"We should report—"

"No," the other said, drawing a blade shaped like a falling crescent. "We end this now."

They moved.

But Ye Tian had been waiting.

The moment they stepped into the crater's divine glow, the air shimmered—and a glyph beneath their feet exploded.

> [Trap Activated: Glitched Domain - Lustwoven Seal of Inescapable Touch.]

They froze mid-strike, suspended like flies in honey.

"Come out and die properly," Ye Tian said.

And behind him, Long Yuyan smiled coldly. "Permission to kill?"

"Denied," Ye Tian replied. "They're messengers."

He leaned down to one, whispering, "Tell your gods… their system is broken."

Then he flicked their foreheads—and both scouts vanished in explosions of stardust.

Section 5: Rise of the Celestial Kill Order

Far above, in the First Heaven, a divine council burned.

"They bonded the Starborn?"

"Yes. And he subdued the Ashen Roar."

"He is assembling a Harem of Cataclysm…"

"Then the Edict must be passed."

A massive jade seal slammed onto a scroll.

> [Ye Tian: Declared Divine Glitch.] [Kill Order: Approved.] [Reward: Celestial Ascension, 3 Divine Weapons, and One Wish.]

All of Heaven heard it.

Every sect. Every assassin. Every greedy god-child.

The hunt had begun.

Section 6: Meanwhile, in the Depths…

Beneath the ruins of Ye Sect, deeper than the ancient beast's cave, something else stirred.

A tomb. Sealed for ten thousand years.

A girl, sleeping in a lotus of black flames. Tattoos of sin curling over bare skin.

One eye opened.

A demonic eye.
