Chapter 31 - Chapter 31: Giants, Jungle, and Jungle Trouble

The Going Merry gently bobbed in the waters near a lush, uncharted landmass. Enormous trees towered into the sky like ancient titans, their roots stretching into the sea. Birds screeched wildly overhead. The sound of insects buzzing filled the air, along with the unmistakable scent of a prehistoric jungle.

"So this is Little Garden?" Nami squinted at the horizon.

"Doesn't look very little," Usopp said nervously.

"It's like nature went on steroids," Sanji muttered, adjusting his cigarette.

Luffy bounced with excitement on the bow. "I wanna see dinosaurs!"

"You're gonna get eaten," Zoro grunted, tying his bandana on his arm.

Vihaan leaned against the railing, arms crossed, eyes gleaming. "If there are giants on this island, I want to see how my mirrors reflect them."

"Alright," Nami announced, opening a leather notebook filled with map templates. "Here's how we'll do this."

"Luffy, Zoro, Vihaan — you three are muscle. Go explore, find out if there are threats, food, or… anything that wants to eat us."

"Usopp and Sanji, you'll stay on the ship and guard it. If anything moves, scream like a little girl and run."

"Vivi and I will chart out the topography from this spot. I'm not risking another mountain surprise like Reverse Mountain again."

Luffy fist-pumped. "Let's gooo!"

Zoro cracked his knuckles. "Time to stretch."

Vihaan, as always, smirked. "Let's see what kind of beasts want to taste my reflection today."

And with that, the trio leapt off the ship and began their march into the thick green wilderness.

The deeper they walked into the jungle, the more primal it felt. Towering ferns brushed against their heads, and ancient trees blocked out the sun. The sounds of growling in the distance only seemed to make Luffy more excited.

"Vihaan," Zoro said, brushing vines aside, "You really think this place has giants?"

"Not just giants," Vihaan replied, tapping his belt and summoning a small circular mirror disk that floated behind him. "I'm sensing echoes. Something big's moving not too far."

Luffy's stomach growled louder than a T-Rex. "I smell meat!"

Suddenly, the ground trembled.

BOOM.BOOM.

Zoro stopped walking.

"That's not your stomach, Luffy."

They turned a corner—and there it was.

A massive dinosaur, straight out of a forgotten era, stomped into the clearing and let out a terrifying roar.

Luffy's eyes sparkled. "MEAT!"

Vihaan looked between Zoro and Luffy. "...You two are gonna fight it, aren't you?"

"YEP!" Luffy shouted.

"Of course," Zoro smirked.

Vihaan sighed. "Fine, but I'm not carrying the bones back."

Meanwhile, on the ship, Nami had spread out her tools and parchment on the deck. Vivi sat beside her, scribbling wind directions and tide shifts.

"Vihaan's really something, isn't he?" Vivi said, glancing up from her notes.

Nami tried to hide the smile curling at her lips. "He's… a handful."

"A charming one."

"Don't remind me," Nami muttered. "If he wasn't so good at saving us all the time, I'd throw him overboard."

They both giggled — though their pens slowed as they gazed toward the trees, wondering what sort of mess the boys were getting into now.

Sanji, mop in hand, was grumbling near the helm. "They get the adventure. I get the mop."

Usopp lounged beside him with a slingshot in hand. "At least we're not being chewed on by T-Rexes."

Sanji stared into the jungle, imagining Vihaan surrounded by two girls, flexing, charming, kissing both of them under a dinosaur sunset.

His blood boiled.

"I SWEAR ON THE HOLY CLOVE OF GARLIC IF HE KISSES VIVI TOO—!"

He tripped on a mop bucket and fell into the sea.

Somewhere off the coast of Little Garden, a small, sleek Baroque Works ship carved through the sea, steam rising from its exhaust.

At the helm stood a sharply dressed man with a number 3-shaped swirl of hair and a cold, calculating expression.

Mr. 3.The self-proclaimed genius of Baroque Works.

Behind him sat a strange, childlike woman licking a large lollipop — Miss Goldenweek.

"This is the island, huh?" Mr. 3 adjusted his spectacles. "Perfect. Agent Mr. 5 failed his mission… it's up to me now."

He glanced at a report in his hand — Vivi's photo attached to it.

"The princess of Alabasta… and the Straw Hat Pirates."

He smirked.

"I'll turn them all into wax statues. Eternal art."(A guy in the narutoverse sneezed)

Back on the island, just as Luffy was tugging on the tail of a very annoyed dinosaur, and Vihaan was about to set a Mirror Trap beneath its feet...

BOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

The sky cracked with thunder as a volcano erupted in the distance, its plume of ash and molten light blotting out the sun for a moment.

The jungle trembled again.

Zoro glanced toward the blast. "What the hell…?"

Vihaan's eyes widened. "That's not a normal eruption."

Far across the jungle, the tremors marked the beginning of the duel between the island's two ancient giants — Dorry and Broggy.

Vihaan summoned a floating mirror disk and peered through it, watching one of the towering warriors swing an axe the size of a house.

"Giants… this just got interesting."
