Adam, accompanied by Emily, Lyra, and Leon, met with King Wayne. The King welcomed Adam wholeheartedly and inquired about the purpose of his visit. Adam, without hesitation, announced his plan to marry Elizabeth.
King Wayne was visibly shocked and confused. He looked at Elizabeth, now dressed in a womanly gown, and was momentarily taken aback by a beauty he'd never noticed beneath her armor. He then glanced at Lyra, previously convinced she was Adam's partner, and the sudden news left him utterly perplexed. He pressed Adam for his reasons.
"I love Elizabeth," Adam stated swiftly.
Lyra, standing beside them, felt a sharp, confusing pain in her chest, a new and terrible emotion. King Wayne, giving up on understanding, simply accepted Adam's answer. He told Elizabeth that while the Royal Knights would undoubtedly lose a significant part of their might, he understood that happiness came first. He granted her freedom to be with her future husband, assuring her that her position would always remain open should she wish to return. Elizabeth thanked the King for his kindness. Arthur looked at his brother, his mouth heavy with unspoken thoughts.
Adam informed King Wayne that he would be returning to Damarsh. After speaking with King Daniel about the teleportation device allocations, he would return to assist King Wayne with the transition and future movements. For now, they would take their leave from Nalthis. Adam thanked the King for his generous welcome. Arthur then walked towards his brother and, in a rare display of emotion, hugged him. King Wayne felt a genuine change in his brother for the first time.
King Wayne then stopped them and presented Adam with a gift of 10,000 gold coins for helping and protecting his kingdom. He asked Adam to guide Arthur and to trust his guidance. King Wayne expressed his hope to see them soon.
Adam then teleported the entire group back to his house. It had been barely a few days, yet he was home. Alyssa and Alynna shrieked with happiness at their brother's return. Albert and Helena, seeing the new faces, asked if the beautiful woman was Emily. Adam smiled and nodded. Both parents embraced Emily tightly. "Welcome, my daughter," they said, showering her with genuine love and affection. Emily was stunned by their warmth, a feeling she had never experienced in this life.
Alynna, ever direct, piped up, "Mummy, Adam now has two girlfriends?" Alyssa quickly elbowed her. "Don't say that! Both of them are our big sisters now. Now we can have one for each of us!" Alynna smiled in agreement. Emily found them adorable, scooping both twins into her arms. "You're my younger twin sisters now," she declared, amazing the family with her strength.
Arthur and Leon followed Adam, Emily, and Lyra into the house. Albert and Helena, with knowing smiles, began to tease Adam and Emily. "Do you two want to sleep in the same room?" Adam and Emily blushed but agreed.
Then, Lyra spoke up. "I want to sleep in the same room with them."
The entire family was stunned. Albert was speechless. Helena gently explained, "That's not normal human behavior, dear, to all sleep together in the same room." Albert wisely ushered the twins out of the room, with Leon and Arthur quickly following, trying to avoid any further escalation.
