Emily stared at Adam, confusion clouding her features as she tried to decipher the relationship between him and Lyra. Helena, meanwhile, was doing her best to explain to Lyra the social impropriety of two women sharing a bed with a man. Lyra, however, pressed on, insisting there was nothing wrong with it. Helena coughed, trying to subtly imply certain ethical issues.
Emily, sensing that Lyra was more than just a companion or blood relative, turned to Adam. "Is Lyra a love interest, a love partner to you?"
Adam was speechless, caught in the immediate predicament. Lyra, however, leaned forward and looked directly at Emily. "You didn't know? I am Adam's first future wife. You are the second future wife."
"You're first?" Emily retorted, disbelief and indignation in her voice. "I am his first wife, even before this world! Get your brain checked, missy!"
Lyra calmly explained, "The old world has no relation to the current situation and this world. I was the first person to make Adam horny."
"Oh my god, stop!" Adam shouted, his face reddening. "What is going on right now?!"
Helena tried to intervene, to calm the escalating situation.
Emily, her eyes narrowed, looked at Adam. "You care to explain anything before getting naked with me in the forest?!" Helena looked as if she might faint from the raw, bluntness of Emily's words.
"Where do you think you got your clothes from?" Lyra countered, unperturbed. "I'm the one who bought the clothes you're wearing."
Adam choked, the situation spiraling. Emily was stunned, shocked by Lyra's intimate knowledge of what had happened in the forest. "Both of you barely did anything," Lyra added casually.
Adam surrendered, defeated by the absurd turn of events. Lyra continued, "I would have made Adam enjoy himself to his fullest content with my body."
Emily grew more frustrated, her privacy seemingly non-existent. "Adam," she demanded, "do you share such matters with others?"
"It's a misunderstanding!" Adam quickly assured her. "I wouldn't share such things with others!"
"Then why is Lyra involved in getting clothes for me?" Emily pressed. "She even has the correct measurements of my body!"
Helena, completely overwhelmed by the absurdity, gave up. "They can do whatever they want," she muttered. "I need a time-out from this."
Adam tried to stop his mother, but both Lyra and Emily pulled him back.
Adam then spoke firmly to Lyra. "Stop this request and speak truthfully to Emily." Emily looked intently at Lyra, waiting for an explanation.
Lyra's expression softened slightly. "I keep feeling a sudden pain ever since Adam got together with Emily," she explained, her voice tinged with confusion. "It keeps getting worse. However, when I get close to Adam, slowly the pain goes away. I need Adam for some reason to prevent my body from feeling pain, especially in my chest area."
The situation has taken an unexpected turn with Lyra's confession of physical pain tied to Adam and Emily's intimacy.
