Chapter 94 - Creating armored artifact specific for the family

Adam gathered the twins, sternly reminding them that the newly created artifact, the Dracorb, was incredibly powerful and demanded caution.

"One of its many abilities," he explained, "is to conjure weapons from your imagination."

Alynna, still giddy, immediately tested it. "Like this?" A shimmering red sword with flaming light materialized in her hand. Adam instantly teleported them to an open field.

"Yes, exactly! But it's dangerous to conjure weapons indoors." Alyssa, equally excited, conjured a light blue bow with sparkling crystals. "Wow, this is awesome!" they both exclaimed, amazed by the artifact.

"That means we can fly like the dragon!" Alynna cried, as draconic wings unfurled from the back of her armor. She shot into the sky, swaying wildly due to inexperience. Adam quickly teleported her back to the ground.

"You both need training to handle this artifact," Adam stated. "Lyra and Leon will assist you. Remember, this artifact is called the Dracorb, and you must be careful when using it."

Equipping the Family

Adam then turned his thoughts to creating suitable summons for his parents, Arthur, and Lyra. He teleported to his mother, asking what summon she would prefer. She pondered, then suggested a Fairy Spirit, citing its healing ability and versatility, aligning perfectly with her own affinity.

Next, Adam teleported to his father, Albert. "What kind of summon would you want, if you could have one?"

"I'd rather have multiple arms to aid my research," Albert mused.

Adam asked Lyra if such a creature existed. Lyra confirmed there were many multi-limbed creatures, but few were durable. She suggested a Typhon from the Demon Realm, though contracting it might prove challenging.

Adam then sought Arthur's preference. Arthur, after some thought, chose a Blood Demon. When Adam questioned his choice, Arthur explained, "They're clever demons with blood manipulation abilities. Their intellect is what attracts me."

Finally, Adam turned to Lyra. "Before you ask me," she began, "I already have one."

Adam was surprised. "What do you mean?"

Lyra explained that for her soul to exist on Earth, it was sent down by the Above, guarded by an Angel, which was already her summon contract. Adam was amazed, realizing angels were not of this world.

Lyra confirmed, "They don't come down unless something major happens."

Adam, Leon, and Lyra then set off to capture the specific beasts. Lyra handpicked the strongest multicolored fairy, a Typhon, and a unique Blood Demon. Each was restricted and weakened with mana void. Adam then helped force the contracts for his parents and Arthur with their chosen summons.

They tested their new abilities, all becoming proficient in controlling aspects of their summons for everyday use. Lyra placed her Angel summon into an orb, and she could now transform into angelic armor, truly looking like an angel.

Adam's Ultimate Summon

This marked a historical and significant development in Adam's artifacts. Adam then pondered the black anomaly he had captured. If he could harness its power for himself... Lyra analyzed the possibility and confirmed it was feasible since it was already in a weakened state. Adam made a contract and successfully turned the black anomaly into his summon. He added it to an orb and tested it in the unknown lands. The summon exuded tremendous power. Adam, completely enveloped in black, moved through the unknown lands in seconds. His new summon could turn into shadow, emerge from dark areas, fly, and even auto-release for combat.

Now, the entire family was powerfully equipped to defend themselves, putting Adam's mind at ease. Lyra complimented him on his unprecedented ability to create such artifacts.
