Episode 16
🌙 Scene 1 – Night | Ren & Zeno's Room
(It's nighttime. The room is dimly lit. Ren is sitting on his bed, while Zeno is writing in his diary.)
Ren (casually):
"So… why did the Guildmaster call you today?"
Zeno (sighs, then smiles):
"He asked everything – name, age, training… and the weirdest question – 'Why did you join the Guild?'"
Ren (laughs lightly):
"What did you say?"
Zeno (in a mischievous tone):
"I just said… 'I want control over myself'... but inside, I was thinking – they serve lunch on time here!"
(Both of them burst into laughter. A light moment is shared. Gradually, silence settles.)
🕛 Scene 2 – Midnight | Same Room
(The room is completely quiet. Ren and Zeno are asleep. Suddenly… "TINK!" — the sound of glass breaking.)
Ren (sits up immediately):
"Zeno… did you hear that?"
Zeno (rubbing his eyes):
"Hmm… yeah… something fell."
(Ren walks over to the window. Below it, he finds a folded paper and a stone.)
Ren (picks up the paper):
"Who threw this…?"
(Ren opens the paper. Zeno walks over to him.)
Ren (reads):
"Come to the jungle… if you want a solution to your problems. But come alone."
Zeno (takes the paper and reads):
"Hmm… there's a lake design in the corner…"
(Zeno looks at Ren. Both turn serious.)
Ren:
"What should we do?"
Zeno (nodding):
"I'm going. Alone."
🌲 Scene 3 – Night | Jungle Path
(Zeno is running through the jungle, the paper in his hand.)
Zeno (thinking):
"The lake… must be the one deep in the jungle. I just have to reach it."
(His footsteps are quick and firm on the ground. The jungle sounds echo around him.)
🌊 Scene 4 – Jungle Lake
(Zeno reaches the lake. The moonlight glistens on the water. Suddenly, a voice is heard.)
Voice (off-screen, smooth tone):
"Impressive… you really came alone."
(Zeno turns around. Standing in front of him is Shin – Grake's roommate – calm and confident.)
Zeno:
"Why did you call me here?"
Shin (smirking):
"So impatient? Relax, Zeno."
Zeno (irritated):
"If you called me here just to waste my time, I'm leaving."
Shin (seriously):
"Alright… let's get to the point."
(Shin steps closer to Zeno. There's confidence and a hidden secret in his eyes.)
Shin:
"I can solve all your problems."
Zeno:
"How?"
Shin:
"In exchange for a secret… or something you bring me."
(Zeno silently nods, as if saying, "Go on.")
Shin (serious tone):
"Grake wants to separate you, Ren, and Emi. Because he received a call."
Zeno (alert):
"What?"
Shin:
"In that call, he was told to stay away from Ren and Emi. Did you forget when he called you an 'assassin'?"
(Zeno's expression shifts to shock. He recalls the moment Grake called him 'assassin'.)
Zeno (softly):
"I… wanted to ask. But I got caught up in training… I forgot."
Shin (intensely):
"Do you want to know… who made that call?"
Zeno (desperate):
"Yes!"
Shin (pauses, then calmly says):
"That call… was from your elder brother, Renji."
(Zeno is stunned. His face goes blank. In the background, a shadowy figure appears – a blurred image of Renji in a long coat.)
Zeno (thinking):
"Renji…?"
Scene fades to black…
