Chapter 2 - Chapter Two: Build the Legend

Chapter Two: Build the Legend

A soft ding echoed like a bell from another universe.

In front of Sky, a glowing blue panel hovered—floating gently, like a divine tablet made of neon. Lines of data scrolled across it, too fast to read, until they stopped and condensed into clean text.

Welcome to the Transmigration Preparation MenuPlease enter your information to begin creating your new life.

Sky whistled low. "Okay… this is actually happening."

He reached out. His finger brushed the interface—it felt warm, like touching sunlight.

The screen rippled and updated:

Step 1: Choose Your Name(Note: This will be your known identity in the new world)

A keyboard appeared, glowing letters forming under his fingertips.

Sky smirked.

"Simple," he said. "I'm keeping it real."

He typed:

Name: Sky

The screen shimmered again.

Step 2: Choose Your Race

A list unfolded like a heavenly drop-down menu. His eyes widened.

Human (Balanced Growth)

Elf (High Magic Affinity)

Beastkin (Enhanced Senses)

Dragonkin (High Defense + Fire Traits)

Undead (Death Element Control)

Spirit (Intangible & Elemental Magic)

Angel (Light Affinity + Blessing Boost)

Demon (Dark Power + High Evolution Potential)

Slime (???)

Celestial (Locked 🔒)

??? (Glitched Option — Don't Touch)

Sky grinned. No hesitation.

Race: Demon

"Let's go full edge lord," he whispered. "If I'm gonna do this, I'm doing it stylish."

The panel morphed again.

Step 3: Choose Your Bloodline

"Now this is where it gets spicy," Sky said, rubbing his hands.

Rows of options loaded—each more ridiculous and anime as hell than the last. His eyes sparkled.

Blood of Ifrit – Grants control over demonic flame. Fire can burn through magic.

Blood of Asura – Boosts physical strength, three battle forms, berserker state.

Blood of Lilith – Charisma and mind-control based demon magic.

Blood of Baal – Lightning-based bloodline; raw destructive power.

Blood of Belphegor – Increases regeneration, passive aura of sloth (slows enemies).

Blood of Mara – Illusions and shadow-type mental techniques.

Blood of Abaddon – Forbidden bloodline; massive power spike, but cursed fate.

Blood of Null – Anti-magic resistance, devours spells.

Blood of Rakshasa – Agile demon assassins; speed and poison mastery.

Blood of Diabolos – Pure chaos and destruction. Requires mental willpower. Evolution guaranteed.

Sky's jaw dropped.

"Yo. These sound like boss fights."

He scrolled down slowly, reading each one.

But one stood out.

It pulsed red instead of blue.

Bloodline: Blood of DiabolosWarning: Instability detected. Evolution confirmed. Requires mental fortitude.Strength: SSS+ | Growth Rate: Uncapped | Affinity: Chaos/Darkness

Sky stared at it.

"…Uncapped growth? Bro, that's not a red flag, that's a death flag with glitter."

He smiled.

"But I ain't here to play it safe."

He slammed the selection button.

Bloodline Selected: Blood of Diabolos

The panel flashed violently, then dimmed as if accepting his insanity.

"Let's build a legend," Sky whispered again, this time with fire in his eyes.

The panel buzzed and loaded the next tab.

Next Step: System Type

The blue panel blinked back to life with a fresh set of options.

Step 4: Customize Your Appearance

Sky rubbed his hands together. "Time to make sure I look like a main character."

Sky smirked and tapped the last option.

"Handsome as heck. Obviously."

No contest.

"Red eyes, of course. Gotta keep that demon vibe."

Sky nodded firmly. "Muscular and imposing. Gotta be able to carry all that power and the ladies' attention."

Sky scrolled through the numbers until he stopped at 6'2".

"Tall enough to reach the top shelf."

Finally... the Ultimate Stat

The screen blinked with one last prompt:

Choose your 'Legendary Trait'

Sky raised an eyebrow as options appeared:

Unbreakable Will

Lightning Reflexes

Genius Intellect

Charisma Overload

10-Inch PP

He burst out laughing.

"Hey, the ladies need me to be ready."

Without hesitation, he selected:

Legendary Trait: 10-Inch PP

The panel glowed gold and flashed with sparkles like someone just activated a cheat code.

The genie, watching nearby, shook his head and muttered, "Typical."

Sky grinned.

"This is gonna be fun."

The blue panel hummed softly and shifted to the next screen.

Step 5: Choose Your System

A list of flashy options appeared, each promising epic abilities and unique perks.

Sky scrolled through the usual suspects:

Battle System — Level up through combat and quests.

Crafting System — Mastery of weapons and items.

Magic System — Unlock and upgrade spells.

Luck System — Fate smiles on you… sometimes.

Social System — Build bonds and alliances.

He smirked and flicked past them all.

Nope.

At the very bottom, flashing with neon pink hearts and a cheeky wink emoji, was the last option:

Naught SystemGain power and charm every time you bang. Yes, really.

Sky chuckled. "Well, that's the one."

He tapped the option and a sexy chime played. The panel flashed with sparkles shaped suspiciously like hearts and roses.

The genie groaned from behind him.

"Of course you pick that one."

Sky shrugged with a grin. "Hey, can't argue with power-ups and the ladies."

The screen displayed the system's description:

Naught System Activated.Every time you engage in romantic or physical conquests, you gain:

Power boost (+Attack, +Defense)

Charisma surge (makes NPCs fawn over you)

Bonus skill unlocks (wink, wink)

Temporary buff: 'Heartbreaker' — enemies distracted by your charm

Sky gave a sly smile.

"Well, guess it's time to make the world mine."

The panel shimmered, ready for the next step.

The blue panel flickered one last time.

Step 6: Choose Your Family BackgroundA parting gift from your genie. Your roots can shape your path.

Sky shrugged. "Honestly, I don't care. Let the genie pick."

The glowing figure folded his arms and grinned.

"Bold choice, kid. I like that. Let me surprise you."

He tapped a few invisible buttons in the air.

The panel scrolled through options:

Orphaned Wanderer

Noble Bloodline

Merchant Clan

Warrior Family

Scholarly House

Cultivator's Descendant

Cursed Lineage

Divine Heritage

Mysterious Stranger

The panel stopped on:

Family Background: Noble BloodlineDescendant of an ancient royal house. Wealth, power, and plenty of enemies.

Sky's jaw dropped.

"A royal? Seriously?"

The genie chuckled.

"Yeah. Looks like you're not just some street kid after all. Welcome to the big leagues, Your Highness."

Sky laughed, shaking his head.

"Well… this just got interesting."

The panel faded away.

The genie stretched dramatically.

"Alright, kid. You're set. Now get out there and break some rules."

Sky's grin stretched wide.

"Game on."

Sky stared at the glowing genie, eyes wide with a mix of awe and hope.

"Man… can I ever see you again?" he asked quietly. "Like… if I'm stuck or lost or just wanna hang out?"

The genie cocked his head, a sly grin spreading across his luminous face.

"Ooooh… so you are that guy," he said, voice dripping with playful sarcasm. "The one who actually cares about a genie."

Sky swallowed.

"Well… yeah. I mean, you just showed up from my computer and gave me a new life. That's kinda worth sticking around for."

The genie floated closer, light crackling softly around him.

"Alright, kid. Here's the deal. You wanna see me again? It's not as simple as texting or sliding into DMs."

"You gotta be a god. Rise above the mortals. Ascend to the heavens where immortals dwell."

Sky laughed nervously.

"Sounds like a heck of a challenge."

The genie winked.

"Challenge accepted. When you get there, come find me. I'll be waiting… and maybe I'll show you my room."

Sky raised an eyebrow.

"Your room?"

The genie grinned wider.

"Yeah, you showed me yours. Now it's my turn."

With a burst of sparkling light, he vanished — leaving Sky alone with his thoughts… and the glowing blue panel fading slowly into the shadows.

Sky's heart pounded like thunder in his chest. The weight of destiny pressed down, electrifying every nerve.

Then, without warning, a brilliant golden light burst from within him—radiant and pure, like the sun breaking through storm clouds.

His entire body shimmered and began to glow, the light intensifying until it blurred the edges of his form.

In an instant, Sky transformed into a pillar of golden energy, shining brighter than a thousand stars.

The light spiraled upward, swirling and stretching—then, with a final pulse that echoed like a divine heartbeat, he vanished completely.

The room fell silent, bathed in the lingering glow of his departure.
