Chantelle told him to stop and called Rowan over to get into the car.
Rowan smiled when he saw her. "Chantelle? What a surprise."
"What's going on?" Chantelle asked as she touched his hand. "You're burning up! Do you have a fever?"
"I got caught in the rain last night. Had to finish a deadline today, so I didn't make it to the clinic…" Rowan fainted before he could finish.
"Head to the hospital and call Russell over."
They were actually near the Silver Crest Global District, where Russell and Alexander had been working. Chantelle thought about taking Rowan there. But then she remembered what she heard on the phone earlier and changed her mind.
After they reached the hospital, she gave Oscar a call.
"Hey, Chantelle! Are you in the mood to train today?" Oscar asked cheerfully.
Chantelle often met Oscar at the underground boxing gym. He was like a coach to her. Whenever they talked, it was always about boxing.
