"Last time on Total Drama Action," Chris began the recap from inside the Craft Services Tent, dressed in some sort of scientist costume as he fiddled around with some type of machine. "Imprisoned in a world they didn't create, forced to share a stuffy cell where some resorted to using other's heads as a battering ram just to taste some fresh air once again, the two courageous teams crawled their way to freedom! And, Dawn messed with the animals involved in yet another challenge…again. The Grips were all determined to score a win and even after Lindsay of all people won the first part of the challenge for them, the Gaffers still managed to pull ahead and were able to leave the lot again for the sweet tour of a lifetime. Will the Grips ever taste their own bit of sweetness by scoring a win today, and will the Gaffers be too hyped up on sugar? Find out now and this absolutely spooktacular episode of Total. Drama. Action!"
We find ourselves in a rather familiar position to yesterday, with the Gaffers again gone as they left yesterday to enjoy yet another reward they won and the Grips having to stay behind in the film lot forced to endure Chef's nasty food. Only, things seemed a bit more tense now. The Grips were having to deal with the fact that they just lost for the third time in a row. In a way they had to think about the deadly situation the Disaster challenge caused because if it wasn't for that they would have had to send someone home yesterday and create a bigger disadvantage for them.
But that wasn't the only thing on all the Grips' minds, currently at one of the picnic tables outside the trailers Tyler was trying to reach out to a rather mad looking Lindsay. "Come on babe just talk to me," Tyler pleaded to Lindsay. But the ditzy blond merely gave Tyler the stink eye before looking away from him, he didn't even know what he did wrong. "I wanna know why you're so upset but I can't if you don't talk to me!"
"Fine, you wanna know why I'm so upset?" Lindsay narrowed her eyes at Tyler who nodded his head rapidly. Since it was obvious that Tyler wasn't gonna figure things out on his own, it looks like she was gonna have to spell it out for him. "You don't take me seriously at all!"
"W-What?" Tyler stuttered a bit at Lindsay's answer. "What are you talking about babe of course I do!"
"No you don't! No one on this team does!" Lindsay shouted, getting the attention from the rest of their team who were also hanging out around the trailers. They were originally sitting around in the Craft and Services tent but Chris came by earlier and said he needed the space for something. "Whenever I have something I want to say you all totally disregard me! Like the last challenge, I was able to win the first part of the challenge but none of you were willing to listen to what I had to say before I left! I thought at the very least you would Tyler!"
"I-I'm sorry Lindsay really I am!" Tyler tried his best to apologize. Lindsay has never been mad at him before and quite frankly Lindsay seemed a bit scary when she was mad. "I just didn't know you had mad lock picking skills!"
"Because you didn't listen to me when I was trying to say I did!" But that only intensified the argument, making Tyler flinch a bit. Lindsay then looked down sadly while still yelling out. "You all think I'm just some pretty face. But I can be smart too! I have good ideas!"
"I'm sure you do," Tyler nodded…but then made the fatal mistake of scratching the back of his head sheepishly and showing some hesitation. "It's just-"
"Ah! There it is!" Lindsay pointed angrily at Tyler who only realized his mistake when it was too late. "You don't believe me!"
"Least they're not making out for the millionth time," Heather rolled her eyes before putting on her amused look. Her and her alliance of evil was currently hanging out in front of the girls' trailer with Heather and Ronnie Anne sitting on the stairs with Justin leaning against the trailer. "This is somewhat entertaining to watch,"
"True but we need to get their heads in the game! Our losing streak is only getting bigger and I refuse to let it go on any longer!" Ronnie Anne whispered to her alliance. Three times in a freaking row she lost to her wimpy ex boyfriend and she was only getting more pissed about it as time went on. It was getting really hard to play nice with her team when they kept losing challenges for her. She wasn't sure how much longer it'd be before she snaps. "Justin, why didn't you try to charm the Gaffer girls so they'd mess up on the obstacle course or slow down when digging?"
"I was wearing an orange jumpsuit Ronnie Anne, what did you want me to do?" Justin gave it to her straight, there were just some acts of handsome he wasn't able to pull off if they were dealt a bad hand in the costume department. And the Prison challenge definitely proved to be the worst hand they were given so far. "There are some miracles even I can't pull off."
As Ronnie Anne rolled her eyes Geoff stepped in between the fighting couple and got them to separate. "Look dudes, we can't afford to fight right now." Geoff told the two as Lindsay continued to glare at a downtrodden Tyler. "We're on a three time losing streak! We need to be on our A-game! Lindsay, I'm sorry none of us listened to you, I promise in the next challenge we'll totally listen to you if you have anything to say."
"Right," Judging by that and the blond rolling her eyes, it was clear Lindsay didn't believe a word the party guy said. "I'll believe it when I see it…"
"Geoff's right guys," Ronnie Anne spoke up to everyone as she stood up, putting on a sweet tone as she spoke to everyone. "We've been lucky to lose in reward challenges. But if we lost this one we might lose another member,"
"Totally, we need to step it up a notch," Justin added in, seeing what Ronnie Anne was doing and assisting her with rallying up the team. "We've had two reward challenges in a row, next challenge has elimination written all over it,"
"So let's just try and get over it and try to win the next challenge," Heather stepped in next as the queen bee walked up to Lindsay with a slightly scolding look, trying her best to wear her hatred of the blond on her sleeve. "Sounds good?"
"Hmph," Was all Lindsay let out as she turned her back to everyone.
CONFESSIONAL – Heather
"Never had to play peacekeeper," Heather sighed out in irritation as she rubbed her temples, feeling the upcoming headache. "Truly these are desperate times,"
Thankfully not all the Grips were having to deal with all that tension and low morale. Currently in the boys' trailer we find Owen and Izzy spending some quality time together with Owen laying on the floor with Izzy laying on top of him. "Heheheh, I really missed this Izzy," Owen said with content. Even with his jaw broken, it was worth dealing with to be with Izzy again. Plus that crystal necklace Dawn gave him made all the aching pain he felt go away. Plus he found blended food to be rather tasty! So overall he'd say he was feeling good. "I love spending time with you!"
"Oh me too Big O, being with you is the best." Izzy told her boyfriend, making Owen giggle a bit and blush. Izzy then stood up on Owen and began bouncing a bit on his belly. "I forgot how squishy and bouncy your stomach is! Whoooo!"
"Oh! Hehehe, Izzy, hehehe," Owen began laughing as the psycho hose beast began using his stomach as a trampoline. "That tickles! Hahahah!"
"Whoo! Whoo! Whoo!" Izzy bounced a few more times on Owen before belly flopping on top of him and looking Owen in the eye, the red head soon putting on a rather lustful look. "Ya know what else I missed doing with you~?"
"What's tha-mmph!" Owen was cut off by Izzy grabbing him by the head and pulling him forward to collide their lips together. Izzy closed her eyes as she kissed her boyfriend passionately and Owen didn't have any problems with this and wrapped his arms around Izzy to pull her deeper into the kiss. "Mmmmmm~"
"Heheheh~" Izzy giggled around her boyfriend's lips.
Meanwhile hearing this from outside was the rest of the Grips with all of them, especially the guys, all looking a bit disturbed about this. "I may need to talk to Chris about getting our trailer disinfected…" Justin slowly said with Geoff and Tyler slowly nodding in agreement.
CONFESSIONAL – Geoff
"Well…at least Owen and Izzy are cool again," Geoff said rather awkwardly before shaking his head and giving a smile and thumbs up. "Gotta look on the bright side!"
HONK! HONK!
Just then everyone was thankfully diverting their attention away from the sounds coming from the guys trailer as the familiar honking of the Lamosine was heard. "Well looks like their back," Heather stated as she put her hands to her hips. "And ready to hold their reward over us again,"
"Well we'll show them this challenge, this time we will win," Ronnie Anne's words ended up sounding more like a threat rather than encouragement, but no one seemed to point it out as they all nodded in agreement. Ronnie Anne turned to the guys' trailer and called out to the couple inside of it. "Yo lovebirds! Get out here, it's game time!"
Immediately the door was kicked open with a happy Izzy jumped out and Owen soon walked out with the big guy also having a big grin on his face. "See you later Big O~" Izzy waved to him flirtatiously with Owen blushing and giggling while everyone looked a bit disgusted. A few couldn't decide if they preferred this or Izzy constantly being angry over Owen. "I got plans for you later~"
"Oooook! Enough of that!" Ronnie Anne shouted, she did not need to get images of these two doing…whatever the hell they were gonna do in her head. She knew whatever it was would be completely disgusting and barf worthy. Instead Ronnie Anne walked up to Izzy and tried to do what Heather did before the last challenge, manipulate Izzy to their side. Despite being totally insane, Izzy could be a strong ally and a reliable vote. Getting her with them wasn't the worst idea in the world. "So Izzy, you and Owen seem to be getting along more."
"Oh yeah totally!" Izzy grinned as she rapidly nodded her head. "I really regret being so cold to him. I really forgot how fun Owen can be! And he's really the only one that understands me!"
"Well I'm glad you two worked it out," Ronnie Anne smiled, speaking with a nice tone that would hopefully fool Izzy. "You'll be much better for it,"
"…" Izzy suddenly became silent as she turned to Ronnie Anne, silently looking her over a bit and quickly making Ronnie Anne nervous.
"What?" Ronnie Anne blinked a few times. Why was Izzy just…staring at her like that? It actually started worrying her, literally anything could be going on inside that psycho hose beasts' head. "W-Why are you looking at me like that?"
Suddenly it clicked for Izzy as she started laughing a bit. "Ooooooh! Haha!" Ronnie Anne only became more confused until Izzy spoke further. "You're doing that thing where you're pretending to be nice to me so you can manipulate me! Cool!"
"W-What?" Ronnie Anne flinched, how did she just pick up on that after only one or two sentences!? She barely even tried to do anything to Izzy! "I'm not-"
Ronnie Anne was cut off by Izzy patting her on the head. "Nice try though, hahaha!" Izzy then began skipping over to where the Lamosine was gonna park leaving a frustrated Ronnie Anne behind.
CONFESSIONAL – Ronnie Anne
"Well can't say I didn't try…" Ronnie Anne sighed out as she shook her head. Maybe she should have listened to Heather after the bald girl failed to get Izzy on their side. "Looks like Heather was right, can't reason with crazy."
Once again the Grips all watched as the Gaffers exited the lamosine, all looking rather happy with themselves. Especially when they saw what they all were carrying. "Woohoo!!!" Lincoln cheered out with a peppy grin. In his hands was his backpack that was stuffed to the brim with candy of all different types of treats. "I am the king of candyland!"
"Crazy how many free samples they're giving away haha!" Leshawna laughed as she popped a small chocolate kiss into her mouth. "This'll last us through the entire season!"
"Hershey's cookies and cream, peanut butter cups, licorice bites!" Mike listed off as he dug through his bag with a massive grin. "Oh come to papa!"
"This'll last me a good long time," Jasmine grinned with her own bag of candy. Sure she wasn't the type to eat sweets a lot, gotta keep her figure and muscle after all. But like nearly everyone on earth she of course got the sweet tooth now and then and couldn't resist enjoying some sugary confections. "Won't have to worry about not being able to grab a dessert during dinner time."
"I'll have to save some to share with Gwen when we see each other again," Trent, being the loyal boyfriend he was, spoke up as he held up his candy bag. He made sure to grab plenty of Gwen's favorites to give to her as a gift whenever they reunited. "She's gonna be stoked I found her favorite dark chocolate brand there,"
"She's not the only lucky one," Dawn grinned as she reached into her own bag and pulled out a chocolate. "They even had my favorite non-dairy brand of chocolate!" Dawn then opened it up and was about to pop it into her mouth-
Chomp!
But wasn't able to as Lincoln ate it right out of her hands. "Hey!" Dawn gasped out as she playfully pouted at her boyfriend.
"Little slow there babe~" Lincoln told her with her chocolate in his mouth with Dawn grinning at him before she playfully punched her boyfriend. Ronnie Anne merely scoffed at the two before rolling her eyes. They were just sickening to her with all the mushy cutesy crap.
Just then a certain Loud sister and Edward were standing next to the couple with big pleading eyes.
"Lily…." Lincoln knew where this was going and he wasn't going to cave in so easily.
"Please Linky, just one. We couldn't go with you this time because Chris had us working SO hard yesterday," Lily said dramatically, trying to coax her brother. "Pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaassse….."
Lincoln narrowed his eyes on her. Knowing full well how much of a chocoholic his sisters were. But, even he can't turn down those eyes, "Fine, just one each"
He gave Lily and Edward a chocolate kiss which they happily ate.
"Don't worry though," DJ then came in with a bag bigger than everyone else's…and held it up to the Grips. "We brought some to share with you, got so much it wouldn't feel right taking it all for ourselves."
"Aaawww, thanks!" Lindsay grinned as she and the other Grips began taking handfuls of candy from DJ's bag. You can always count on the brickhouse to be nice and generous. "You're the best DJ!"
"Seriously dude, you rock," Geoff grinned as he scooped some candy into his hat. Looking around, Geoff failed to see his girlfriend anywhere in sight and gave the Gaffers a raised brow. "Say, where's my girl?"
Immediately the Gaffers all began looking around awkwardly. They weren't sure how the other team, especially Geoff, would react to how Bridgette was now. But before anyone could speak up a blue and yellow blur sped out of the Lamosine and Geoff flinched a bit as Bridgette was suddenly right in front of him. Only the normally calm and collected surfer girl was looking a bit…crazed. Her hair was a frizzy mess, her eyes were permanently widened with one pupil looking bigger than the other and she had a way too big smile on her face. Not to mention it looked like she was constantly vibrating. "GeoffI'mrighthere!" Bridgette spoke at a rapid pace that everyone could only barely understand. "It'ssogoodtoseeyoujustsogood!"
"Uh, yeah…" Geoff pretended to understand what Bridgette was saying and simply gave his girlfriend a fond smile. "So babe how was-"
"Geoffyouwon'tbelievehowmuchcandytherewastherewasjustSOOOOmuch!!!" Bridgette bounced up and down in place as she showed off her bag of candy to Geoff, with her bag basically being stuffed to the brim. "AndIatelikealotalotalotalotalotalotanditwasallSOOOOgood!!!"
"…" Geoff was silent as he simply looked towards the Gaffers for an explanation.
"Girl didn't know when to stop with the sweets," Leshawna explained with Geoff nodding in response. Ok so Bridgette was on one heck of a sugar rush, he's definitely seen that happen before but…didn't expect it from Bridgette. "Next thing you know she's bouncing off the walls like a crazy person!"
"We tried to take her candy away from her but that…didn't go well," Jasmine said slowly as she went to rub one of hands. "Sheila nearly bit my hand off!"
"HeygeoffwannaseehowmuchIcanjumpupandown!" Bridgette let out in her sugar induced head as she began jumping up and down rapidly. "IfthechallengeisjumpingupanddownthenI'mwinningforsure!"
CONFESSIONAL – Geoff
"Aaaww, hehe," Geoff couldn't help but gush a bit over the state his girlfriend was in. "She's kinda of cute when she's like this,"
CONFESSIONAL – Lincoln
"Soooo, when we went to the candy factory we all kind of knew that was gonna happen to someone, we just weren't sure who," Lincoln slowly began to say. They were going to a candy factory, odds were one of them was gonna go on a rush. "Bridgette wasn't gonna be my first guess though. My bets were on either Harold or Leshawna…don't tell them I said that."
BOOM!
BOOM!
Suddenly everyone jumped up in fright as they heard a loud booming sound coming from nearby. All the teenagers, especially a frightened DJ, looked around for whatever could have that sound. "What was that?" DJ asked as he began slowly shaking a bit.
"Sounds like thunder," Jasmine pointed out before looking at the sky in confusion. "But there ain't a single cloud in the sky, and it sounds like it's right above us,"
BOOM!
BOOM!
The thunder boomed again, and after looking around Lincoln spotted some strange lights coming from the Craft Services Tent. "I think it's coming from the tent," Lincoln told everyone as he pointed to the tent, now everyone seeing all the lights emanating from it. "We should-"
"Checkitout?!Yeahweshouldtotallycheckitout!" Bridgette cut Lincoln off before running towards the tent. "Comeonlet'scheckitoutalready!"
"Woohoo!" Izzy cheered as she gleefully followed.
Everyone looked at each other and shrugged as they began heading towards the Crafts Services Tent themselves. Arriving with Izzy and Bridgette already there waiting for them, everyone saw a whole bunch of strange machines set up along the walls of the tent and in the very middle Chef was laying on one of the tables. His skin was painted green with stitches also painted over his body, and there was a pair of bolts attached to his neck.
And nearby fiddling with one of the machines was Chris who was also dressed up. The host with the most was now wearing a mad scientist outfit complete with a lab coat, goggles, and his usually perfect hair was a bit messy. Everyone began growing unnerved as Chris cackled like a crazy person before pulling a switch and looking towards Chef. "It's alive!" Chris shouted out as he rubbed his hands together. "Yes! It's…ALIVE!!!"
BOOM!
BOOM!
Thunder clapped around all them again as Chef opened his eyes. The buff cook stuck his arms out as he slowly rose himself up. "Uuuuuuuugh…" Chef groaned, trying his best to sound monstrous. And with a guy like him that was easy.
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!" Unfortunately it worked a little too well as DJ shrieked in fright as he ended up jumping into Jasmine's arms all Scooby Doo style.
"Woah, easy there big fella!" Jasmine stumbled a bit as she caught DJ, the brickhouse's little freak out taking her off guard. "I got ya!" Meanwhile Chef just face palmed at the sight. Given DJ's position…he wasn't sure whether to be disappointed or proud. Probably a little bit of both.
"Welcome to today's challenge." Chris finally acknowledged all the contestants as he turned towards them. "A truly monstrous one~! Muhahahahahaha~!!!"
BOOM!
BOOM!
Thunder clapped around everyone yet again as Chris laughed maniacally. "Will you knock that off!" Heather yelled in irritation as she covered her ears. "You're gonna make us go deaf at this rate!"
"Wait a second," Tyler spoke up. It didn't take him or anyone else very long to figure out what genre of movie this was. But it left a lot confused considering one important detail. "Didn't we already do monster movies? Like, on day one bro?"
"Technically yes, but what we did then was more specifically known as kaiju movies," Chris explained with a few like Harold and Lincoln nodding in response. "Here, we're going old school! Vampires! Werewolves! Mummies! Sea monsters! All those classic freaky guys you see on cereal boxes every Halloween!"
"There's a difference?" Leshawna asked with a raised brow.
"Word of advice, don't put them in the same boat," Harold gave some of his expert advice to Leshawna. Sure they were both monster movies but they were considered two entirely different beasts to movie lovers. "Many passionate fans won't like that."
"So here's the dealio for today," Chris snapped his fingers and Chef walked up briefly only to return with a rack full of different types of monster costumes. "Each of you will dress up in a monster costume then report to the horror movie set for the challenge today. You'll have 8 types of monsters to choose from. Vampire, Werewolf, Frankenstein, Mummy, Sea Monster, Zombie, Ghost, and Monster Hunter. And your costumes will effect the challenge in a big way, try and get plenty monster variety going,"
"Excuse me Chris but you got something wrong," Harold brought up as he raised his hand. "Frankenstein wasn't the monster, he was the scientist who created the-"
"No one cares Harold," Chris told the ginger nerd bluntly, getting a glare from Harold. Chris then put on his grin back on as he looked back at everyone else. "You have 30 minutes to get ready! See you real soon~ Muahahahaha~!!!"
BOOM!
BOOM!
The lights in the tent flicker as thunder claps around them and in one of the flickers Chris and Chef both disappeared from sight. "…Ok I'll admit that was pretty cool." Lincoln grinned a bit before turning to the rest of his team. "Ok we got nine people so we can each dress up as one monster and someone will need to double up with someone else."
"Oh me and Leshawna can both be Monster Hunters," Harold spoke up as he walked next to Leshawna who didn't seem opposed to the idea. "Just imagine, us taking down monsters with our mad skills! Me and my trusty sidekick,"
"Now hold up," Now that was something Leshawna disagreed with as she gave Harold a glare. "Who you callin' a sidekick?"
"Um, I mean," Harold quickly began to correct his mistake. "My fully capable and beautiful kick butt partner."
"That's better," Leshawna nodded in approval as she punched Harold in the arm, pushing him back and making him wince in pain. "And don't you forget it string bean,"
CONFESSIONAL – Harold
"Saved it!" Harold pumped up his fist.
"You lot mind if I be the mummy?" Jasmine asked as she held up a roll of bandages that was on the clothes rack. "Don't think any of these costumes will fit me,"
"Go for it," Lincoln gave her a thumbs up as he began looking through the costumes. "Now who should I be…"
"Hey Lincoln look!" Dawn then approached Lincoln with the white haired boy turning to his girlfriend…and quickly blushing at the sight. Dawn had dressed herself up in a vampire costume completely with a black robe that was red on the inside, fake long fingernails, a pair of fangs, red colored contacts, and her hair colored white from temporary dye. "I vant to suck your blood~"
Lincoln immediately felt his heart pumping at the sight of his girlfriend dressed as a sexy vampire and couldn't help but play along. "Oh no~" Lincoln let out in a flirty tone as he approached Dawn and grabbed her by her waist. "I'm falling under your spell~ Whatever shall I do~?"
"You can do nothing~" Dawn told him in a dramatically cute voice. "You are mine now~" Dawn then leaned forward and started gently nibbling on his neck.
CONFESSIONAL – Lincoln
Lincoln let out a love struck sigh as he leaned his head on his hand. "I love that woman~"
"Ugh, barf," Ronnie Anne groaned at the sight of those two being all lovey dovey with each other. It was just gross, she'll never understand why he wanted to do stuff like that when they were a couple. "Get a room you two," But the two of them simply ignored the Hispanic teen leading Ronnie Anne to scoff before taking out her own costume. "Well I know what I'm dressing up as…"
A HALF AN HOUR LATER
"Welcome contestants to a little challenge I like to call…the Monster Mash!" Chris announced as nearly everyone walked into the horror movie set. It was just as creepy as they remembered but a lot of the trees were now gone and in the middle of it a wall was set up with what looked like a big game board on it with the Gaffers and Grips logo at the starting point.
And like Chris instructed everyone was dressed up as one of the monsters he listed out. For the Gaffers Lincoln was a werewolf with white fur, Dawn was of course a vampire, DJ was a Frankenstein similar to Chef, Jasmine was a mummy, a still sugared up Bridgette was a sea monster with blue scales, Trent was a ghost with baggy white cloths and pale face paint, Mike was a zombie with ripped up pants and his skin painted a sickly green, and Harold and Leshawna were both monster hunters completely with chain mail armor and various gear on their belts.
For the Grips Ronnie Anne was also a monster hunter with a sash of wooden stakes around her, Heather was a ghost and was dressed similar to how she was during the horror movie challenge, Justin looked like an old school vampire but had sparkling skin and hair, Owen was a Frankenstein but was colored blue instead of green, Izzy was an orange furred werewolf, Geoff was a mummy but he still had his signature cowboy hat on, and Tyler was a zombie with both a ripped up shirt and pants. Only there was one missing.
"Hey wait," Chris pointed out to the Grips. "Where's Lindsay?"
"I'm right here!" Lindsay finally came to the set, only she was hopping instead of walking. The reason being was that she was also dressed like a sea monster…but instead of what you'd expect when thinking of a sea monster like how Bridgette was dressed, Lindsay was dressed as a mermaid with the tail she was wearing all glittered up, and her top consisting of only a seashell bra. "Just needed to put on the finishing touches! I found a lot of glitter in the make-up confessional!"
"You're supposed to be a sea monster," Heather told Lindsay before facepalming. "Idiot…"
"Who says a sea monster can't be pretty?" Lindsay stated as she struck a few poses.
"Eh, I'll allow it," Chris shrugged before looking at everyone else. Chris was mostly satisfied with everyone's costume but wasn't quite satisfied with Mike's costume. "Hmmmm, Mike your shirt's looking a bit too intact, not zombie enough. Chef!"
"W-Wait!" Mike and Trent flinched as Chef walked up to Mike with a small kitchen knife. "Hold on a second!"
Slash!
Slash!
Slash!
Everyone watched as Chef used the knife to expertly cut up Mike's shirt. While the shirt wasn't completely removed it was enough for Mike to gasp deeply as his hair was slicked back. "Hey-oh who turned out the lights?" Vito asked as he looked around only to yell out as he noticed his painted green skin. "Ah! What happened to my tan?!"
"A jersey zombie," Chris chuckled a bit. "Sure, why not,"
CONFESSIONAL – Trent
"So I guess we're stuck with Vito for the rest of the challenge," Trent sighed out as he rubbed his head a bit. "Well he did pretty well during the beach movie challenge so hopefully he'll do alright here,"
"Now here's the rules of the game," Chris began to explain as he pointed to the board behind him as well as a wheel Chef brought out that was divided into six parts with each one having a number on it labeled from one to six. "Each team will spin this wheel to determine how far their game piece goes. There are four different colored spaces. Black spaces mean lose a turn so if you land on that you go back to where you started at the beginning of the turn and the next team does. Now here's where things get interesting, the other three colors represent a different type of mini challenge, green is a contest, red is an endurance challenge, and blue is a duel."
"When you land on one, both teams have one member that competes against each other in the challenge. If the spinner wins they get to stay on the space they ended up on, if the other team wins the spinner goes back to where they were." Chris further explained the rules as everyone paid attention quietly. "And for nearly each challenge there will be a monster type that has an advantage or disadvantage of the challenge. If you have an advantage you get the easy mode of the challenge, if you're at a disadvantage you get the hard mode of the challenge. First team to reach the last space on the game board wins, oh and in classic board game rules you need an exact number to reach the last space."
"Well that's gonna get annoying," Heather scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"I know, haha," Chris laughed before stepping back and gesturing towards the wheel. "Gaffers you won the previous challenge so you get to spin first, select someone to spin the wheel and Grips choose someone to go against them."
"I'll go first," Dawn offered as she stepped up to the wheel.
"Hmph, leave this to me," Seeing the hippy step up, Ronnie Anne was more than happy to put that little twig in her place.
Dawn then moved up to the wheel and gave it a spin and after a few moments it landed on four with Chef moving the Gaffers' piece accordingly with it landing on the green space. "A contest!" Chris announced as he pulled out a green queue card from his pocket and announced the contest. "A blood sucking contest! Down a bottle of blood first!" Dawn flinched a bit but soon relaxed as Chef pulled out two bottles of ketchup. "Vampires love blood! They get the advantage of being able to down it faster, aka the bottle is only half full. Meanwhile the monster hunter is morally opposed to such an act, it's gonna be hard for them to down that blood,"
"What's that supposed to mean?" Ronnie Anne asked as Chef handed her a bottle of ketchup.
"It means your 'blood' there is gonna be a bit hard to swallow down," Chris explained causing Ronnie Anne to give the ketchup bottle a worried look. Who knows what messed up thing Chris did to it…but still…she couldn't let Dawn one up her so she opened up the bottle and was ready to chug it down. "Ready…set…drink!"
Dawn and Ronnie Anne immediately put the bottles to their lips and began chugging it down. But as Ronnie Anne swallowed hers down her eyes shot up as she removed the bottle from her lips. "AAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!" Ronnie Anne yelled out in pain, her face red and sweaty as her mouth felt like it was one fire. "That's…not…ketchup!!!"
"Ketchup, hot sauce," Chris shrugged with an amused smile. "They're both red."
"WHY!?" Ronnie Anne shouted as her eyes began tearing up from the spice.
"Because it's funny," Chris told the Hispanic teen with no shame.
"Done~!" Dawn shouted as she rose up her empty ketchup bottle, her lips stained red from the condiments. Dawn couldn't help but look a little smug at beating Ronnie Anne.
"And Dawn wins! Gaffers advance on the board!" Chris announced as the Gaffers all cheered while the Grips slumped down. "Guess the vampire outdid the hunter~"
"Screw you!" Ronnie Anne sent Chris a vicious glare.
"Way to go Dawn!" Lincoln cheered as Dawn returned to them after wiping the ketchup off her lip. "You did great out there."
"Heheh, thanks Lincoln," Dawn giggled before again putting her flirty look on as Lincoln held her close. "Sure you should be like this with me~ You're a werewolf after all~ Our love is forbidden~"
"Ooooo, makes it more fun than~" Lincoln said as he and Dawn shared a quick kiss.
CONFESSIONAL – Lincoln
"Dawn makes the cutest vampire! This season has been fun with the costumes. I wonder if Dawn can keep any of them?" Lincoln asked as he rubbed his chin only to see one of the interns giving him a strange look. "What? I'm not being weird!"
"Ok Grips you're turn to spin so pick someone to give it a go," Chris pointed to Ronnie Anne's team, with the Hispanic girl still trying to cool her mouth off. "And Gaffers pick someone to potentially face them down,"
"I got this dudes!" Geoff told everyone as he ran up to the wheel.
"I'll take this one mates," Jasmine was the one to stand up for the Gaffers.
Geoff then gave the wheel a spin with it ultimately landing on a three. Chef moved the Grips' piece three spaces, but unfortunately it was a black space. "Ouf, and Geoff lands on a black space! Lose a turn!" Chris announced as the Grips all groaned as the Gaffers all grinned with Chef moving the Gaffers' piece back to the starting point. "Jasmine your turn to spin, Grips choose someone else."
"Bummer man…" Geoff slumped down and walked away.
"Oooo I'll go next!" Lindsay grinned as she hopped up.
"Mighty brave of ya little lady," Jasmine sent Lindsay a smirk before spinning the wheel. Due to Jasmine's strength the wheel spun around a bit longer before stopping on a three. Chef moved the Gaffer's piece up by three eventually landing on a red space. "Endurance? Hah! Bring it on! I can take any punishment ya bring out."
"We'll see about that," Chris grinned as he pulled out a red card. "You've both been captured by the village people and are being boiled alive! Sea monsters can take any kind of water temperature easily, they get the advantage. Meanwhile a mummy hates getting their bandages all wet and soggy, they get the disadvantage."
"Ah…bloody hell," Jasmine cursed out as Chef brought in two tanks of steaming water. One was only lightly steaming but the other was flat out boiling. Jasmine cringed at her tank as Lindsay fearlessly entered.
"Oh wow," Lindsay sighed out pleasurably. "It feels like a hot tub!" Jasmine narrowed her eyes at Lindsay before looking at her own tank.
CONFESSIONAL – Jasmine
"The hottest days in Australia would leave most folks melting and screaming!" Jasmine punched a fist into an open palm. "Let's do this!"
Everyone gasped as Jasmine jumped right into the boiling water. The Australian Amazon winced in pain, but gritted her teeth and refused to back down. Minutes went by and Lindsay simply relaxed in her tank while Jasmine looked like she could definitely be faring better. "Gotta…figure out…a way to get her out…" Jasmine let out through her teeth before bringing her hand up, her skin beginning to prune a bit…pruning skin…that's it! "Ya know Lindsay…gotta say…mighty brave of you to stay so long in there…"
"Really?" Lindsay asked the Australian gal with a smile. "Thanks Jasmine, nice to know someone realized how capable I am!"
"Totally!" Jasmine grinned rather deviously. Sure what she was about to was rather underhanded…but she was in boiling water for God's sake! "Just all that hot water pruning up your skin, ruining your complexion, all for the cameras to see."
That got Lindsay's attention as her eyes slowly started widening in horror. "Pruning…up…" Lindsay rose up her hands and indeed her fingers were beginning to prune up. It wasn't much but it was enough to get the ditzy blond to freak out. "AAAAAHHHH!!! GET ME OUT! GET ME OUT! GET ME OUT!"
"Lindsay no!" The Grips yelled, but it was too late as Lindsay jumped out of her tank.
"Gaffers win!" Chris announced as Jasmine emerged from her pool grinning, her skin now a tinge bit red. "Gaffers having a huge lead so far, Grips better step it up!"
CONFESSIONAL – Heather
"And she wonders why we don't take her seriously…" Heather deadpanned to the camera.
"OhIwannagonext!CanIgonext!" Bridgette asked but ran ahead anyway. "Letmegonext!"
"I'll get us a big win! I'm great at board games!" Owen told his team as he stepped up for the Grips and went up to the wheel. After spinning it, Owen grinned as he spun the wheel and managed to land on a six. "Woohoo! Lucky six baby!"
"A blue duel!" Chris announced as he took out a blue card. "A scare off! Monsters are all about scaring people. Werewolves with their loud howling and snarling have the advantages, hunters are supposed to protect people and not scare them, they have the disadvantage. So looks like no one has the advantage or disadvantage here."
Chef then wheeled up a wooden dummy that was connected to a meter of some kind. "For this one you gotta try and give this guy the scare of a lifetime by giving one big roar." Chris explained as he pointed to the dummy. "The louder the roar the more you'll freak him out and the scream will be on a rate of 1 to 10 so-
"ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOARRR!!!" The sugared up Bridgette cut Chris off as she ran in front of the dummy and roared at it.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!" The dummy let out a scream with 7 of the 10 lights on the meter going off.
"…Nevermind, Bridgette gets a seven out of ten on the scream-o-meter," Chris shrugged before smiling and turning to Owen. "Owen if you want that six you have to beat that,"
Owen stepped up to the dummy, contemplating how he was gonna beat that. But then a light bulb went off in the big guy's head.
CONFESSIONAL – Owen
"So like I said during the Horror movie challenge I'm not good at scaring people," Owen stated before grinning a bit. "But there is one thing I'm good at!"
Owen smirked a bit before pulling out a soda he was keeping on him. Chugging it all down in one go, the big guy then shook his stomach a bit causing it to rumble. And soon after that, " BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURP!!!!" Owen let out a titanic burp in the dummy's face. It wasn't as big as it could be due to his jaw being closed up and keeping the burp from being let out at full force, but it was still an Owen class burp.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!" The dummy yelled out as nine of the ten lights went off on the meter.
"I said roar but what the heck, who says a monster can't burp," Chris shrugged before pointing to Owen. "Owen wins it!"
"Woohoo!!!" Owen cheered with the Grips all raising their fists.
"OhmygoshguysI'msosorryIlostthatIreallythougthIhadit!" Bridgette gave her team a rushed out apology. "IthoughtwhenIwentupandroaredandmadeitscreamIhaditinthebagyouknow?"
"…How much longer is that sugar rush supposed to last?" Leshawna asked dryly before she walked up to the wheel for her team with Geoff stepping up for the Grips again wanting to give himself a second chance. Giving it a spin, she and the rest of her team were disappointed to see it only landed on a one. "Oh come on, this thing's rigged,"
"That's the luck of the spin for ya," Chris shrugged before seeing that the Gaffers landed on a blue space as well. "A trapping contest! Try to contain your opponent before time runs out. Monster Hunters are pros at this, they get the advantage. Meanwhile zombies are mindless and aren't known for strategy, they get disadvantage."
Chef then grinned as he tossed Leshawna some steel wool rope. Leshawna grinned and Geoff flinched as he turned to Chris. "Um…what am I supposed to do dude?" The party dude asked Chris.
"Isn't it obvious? Run bro," Chris told Geoff bluntly before pulling out a stopwatch. "You have one minute to escape Leshawna's grasp starting…now!"
"Oh no…Aaaahh!!!" Geoff began running as Leshawna immediately began chasing him down.
"Get back here boy!" Leshawna yelled at him as everyone watched her chase him down.
"Aaaaaaahh!!" Geoff screamed as he ran by everyone again. "Somebody help me!"
"I'm gonna get you!" Leshawna yelled as she ran by again. Soon she began catching up with Geoff and managed to tackle him to the ground and began wrapping the steel wool around him. "That's right baby, Shawny always bags her man!"
"And Gaffers win!" Chris announced before pulling out a bunch of different cards. "Now let's keep the game going shall we~?"
You all know what that means…montage time!"
ENDURANCE – MOB RUNNING
"Tyler, Mike-er, Vito, you two must run for as long as you two can around the set with this angry mob of villagers chasing you!" Chris announced to the two zombies as he gestured to the angry mob which consisted of his interns all holding torches and pitchforks. "Led by Lily and Edward!"
"We're gonna get you!" Lily yelled out while waving a torch around.
"Brbrbrb!" Edward yelled out with a pitchfork in his bill and pilgrims hat on his head.
"Werewolves are the fastest monsters around, they have the advantage. Meanwhile zombies are slow and clumsy, they have the disadvantage," Chris laughed a bit at that. "So both of you have the disadvantage. The mob starts right behind you!"
"Ah, I'm way faster than these mooks," Vito wasn't intimidated at all as he took a running position right in front of the angry mob. "Bring it on!"
"Hah, I'm in the track team at high school!" Tyler brought up as he also took the running position. "I'm like the wind!"
"First to get trampled loses!" Chris told the two runners before raising his hand up. "And go!"
Vito and Mike immediately took off with the angry mob of interns, a child, and a platypus ran after them. Both proved to be rather fast as they managed to gain some distance from the mob and both teams watched as they ran around the set in circles with the mob continuing to chase them.
After a few laps both Mike and Vito began sweating as they ran side by side. "Hah, not to0 bad jockstrap," Vito told Tyler with a grin. "Sure ya ain't gettin' tired yet bro?"
"Ha! No way! I was made for this!" Tyler yelled back before he began double timing it. "Turbo boooooo-Ouf!" And then Tyler proceeded to trip on a twig on the ground. Groaning, Tyler looked up and saw Vito running ahead of him…and then looked back and saw the mob quickly catching up. "Oh-no!"
Tyler tried to get up and run, but it was too late as he was trampled by the entire mob, with him being all bruised up as a result. "Oooow…" Tyler groaned out. "Gaffers win!" Chris announced.
CONTEST – BODY CONSTRUSTING
"Each of you must dig up body parts from this grave to build a cadaver!" Chris announced as Chef brought up two big boxes filled with dirt. Stepping up this time was DJ and Heather, Ronnie Anne attempted to step up again but landed on another black space. "Frankensteins are very familiar with the process for obvious reasons, advantages is for them. Meanwhile mummies are more familiar with wrapping bodies up then constructing them, disadvantage to them. And go!"
DJ and Heather quickly got to work on digging through the dirt for the body parts. Both managed to find some quickly with DJ finding that the feet and hands were attached to the limbs of his cadaver while Heather's were not. "Eeeeww," Heather let out as she pulled out the cadaver's head, which was a replica of Chris. "Ugh, well at least it's life like. Or should I say unlife like, hehe,"
"You know I can disqualify you right?" Chris brought up with an unamused look.
"Done!" DJ announced as he finished constructing his Chris body.
"Gaffers win again!" Chris announced as Chef nodded at DJ.
ENDURANCE – ELECTRICAL SHOCKS
"Experience a good ole shock and see who can take the most volts!" Chris announced as both Izzy and Bridgette were strapped to electrical tables. "Frankensteins have the advantage, nothing charges them up like a good ole zap of electricity, sea monsters are always wet they get the disadvantage. So Bridgette you'll be getting twice the volts as Izzy!"
"Wait, wait, hold up," Lincoln spoke up in concern as he raised his hand. "Is this safe?"
"Not sure, let's find out!" Chris grinned as he flipped two switches and everyone watched as Bridgette and Izzy were electrocuted. Everyone gasped in concern, but concern soon paved way for confusion as both ladies started laughing before Chris turned off the power. "You two still good?"
"Ohmygoshwhatarush!!!" Apparently being on a sugar high made you immune to electrical pain, or at least Bridgette was as she didn't seem bothered. "Everythingjustlitupallofasudden!""
"I know right!" Izzy grinned, apparently having understood Bridgette. "Do it again!"
"…Ok," Chris said slowly before turning on the power and giving the two another good shock. "You still good?"
"Again!" Both girls said in unison.
"…I don't think we're getting anywhere with this," Chris slowly said to the camera.
In the end the Grips were barely considered the winner for the sole reason that Izzy seemed to want it more.
DUEL – WALL CRASHING
"Monsters are known for busting through anything in their path to get to their victims, for this duel be the first one to get to the other side of the wall in your path." Chris announced the next challenge with Harold stepping up for the Gaffers and Heather up again for the Grips. "Ghosts can phase through anything, they get the advantage. Meanwhile Vampires are more stealthy in their approach rather than trying to brute force things, they get the disadvantage." Chef then rolled out two walls in front of the two with Harold's being made of wood and Heather having a wall of glass in front of her. "And begin!"
"Doesn't matter if you have the advantage or not, prepare to lose to my mad skills!" Harold told Heather before rearing his fist back to punch the wood…it went about as well as you'd expect. "Ow! My wrist!" Harold let out as he tried punching with his other wrist only to get the same results. "Ow! My other wrist!"
"Geez Harold, use your shoulder!" Leshawna yelled out to him.
"Hmph, watch and learn nerd," Heather smirked confidently before holding out a finger and one of her sharp nails. Putting it against the glass, Heather cut a large circle into the glass that she was able to punch off and then easily jump through the opening in the glass wall. "Like that~"
"Grips win!" Chris announced as Harold lowered his head.
ENDURANCE – MONSTER STRENGTH
"Monsters are known for having super strength that can put a normal human's to shame! For this one you must carry a stack of tiles for as long as you can. You start with one and Chef will add to your pile over time," Chris announced as Chef brought in a series of heavy looking tiles in front of the two competing, being Trent and Geoff. "Frankenstein's have the advantage, those dudes are as muscular as monsters come. Meanwhile ghosts have the disadvantage, they don't even have muscles. So Trent, your tiles will be twice as heavy as Geoffs."
"Oh boy…" Trent let out in a worried tone. Sure he was no weakling, but Geoff was a flat out body builder while he was a guitarist. He wasn't exactly in the same league.
"Hey, may the best one win bro," Geoff told Trent, being the good sport that he was.
"And begin!" Chris announced as both Geoff and Trent grabbed a tile, Trent grunting a bit as he picked up his.
Just as Chris said every few seconds Chef would bring up an extra tile for the two boys to carry. While Geoff was able to carry his load rather easily, after just a few tiles it was obvious that Trent was struggling.
And after the seventh…
"Gah!" Trent couldn't get them up anymore as he dropped his tiles on the ground. "Dang it…"
"Hey no worries bro, you were pretty solid out there," Geoff reassured Trent as he set his tiles down and patted Trent on the back. "I'll send ya my bodybuilding routine! I'm sure you can get yourself ripped!"
"Heh, thanks man," Trent and Geoff shared a friendly fist bump.
"Grips win!" Chris announced.
DUEL – MONSTER BATTLE
"This next one is simple, a good old fashioned monster fight!" Chris announced as Chef drew a dirt circle with a stick as Lincoln and Justin glared at each other. Lincoln had stepped up to spin for the Gaffers this round leading to Justin to step up for the Grips for the first time. Lincoln managed to score his team a big ole six so he needed to win this duel. "For this duel simply ring out your opponent. No disadvantages or advantages here, just use whatever skills you have to take the monster invading your territory down!"
"Haha, seriously?" Justin grinned as he and Lincoln stepped into the circle. He was eager to take Lincoln down a good few notches but this was just gonna be way too easy. Not that he was complaining mind you, this was gonna be satisfying. "Look snowball just give up now and I'll save you the humiliation of sending you back to your hippy girlfriend with your tail between your legs,"
"Bring it on ya Twilight reject!" Lincoln yelled back at Justin, refusing to back down.
"Ooooo, tension! I love it!" Chris grinned before pulling out a whistle. "Monsters right…fight!" Chris then blew the whistle to signify the start of the fight.
Lincoln and Justin circled around each other for a bit as they got ready for a brawl. Lincoln was sizing Justin up waiting for an opportunity to strike. Meanwhile Justin was more relaxed, he didn't need to size Lincoln up. He was a hunk while Lincoln was a twig, this was already in the bag.
Both got closer to each other and Justin quickly threw a punch, but Lincoln proved to have good reflexes as he ducked under it. Justin seemed to be a bit surprised as Lincoln dodged the punch and went in with his other hand to try and punch the white head again only for Lincoln to step away and grab Justin's wrist and yank him to the ground. "Ah-hey!" Justin let out as he hit the dirt. Growling a bit, Justin stood up and dusted himself off before glaring at a smirking Lincoln. "That's it, no more Mr. Nice Vampire!"
"Good, then no more Mr. Nice Wolf! HOOOOOWL!" Lincoln let out before tackling Justin to the ground. Justin was caught off guard by the attack as Lincoln again got him to the ground but this time was making an effort to pin him down. Justin grabbed Lincoln and attempted to push him off but Lincoln proved to be more scrappy than he thought as he grabbed Justin by his cape and yanked on it, lightly choking the handsome teen a bit before Lincoln began wrapping it around Justin. "Hahah! How do you like that!?"
"You think this can hold me?" Justin growled out before using his mouth to clip off his cape and freed himself and glared at Lincoln and was fully prepared to take him down. He let the skinny boy get in some shots but it ends here. "Now you're making me mad!" Justin then charged at Lincoln to tackle him, but Lincoln held the claws attached to his hands back and as Justin charged Lincoln jumped to the side and managed to slash at Justin's face and create a small cut on his face. Though small it was enough to get Justin to freak out. "Ah! My face! My face! My complexion will be ruined! I can't risk being scarred!"
"Just put some dirt on it!" Lincoln tackled Justin to the ground again and grabbed him by his shoulders to keep him down. "Stay down pretty boy!"
CONFESSIONAL – Justin
"I don't get it…" A completely humiliated Justin lamented with a bandage on his cheek. "Lincoln's so scrawny! How did he beat me?!"
CONFESSIONAL – Lincoln
"Heh, guess I kind of owe Lynn a bit for all those surprise wrestling matches she forced me to participate in," Lincoln smiled as he explained where his skills came from. Sure he never did like it when Lynn made him do that but looks like they came through here. "Never thought they would be useful."
"Say uncle!" Lincoln yelled out as he now had Justin in a headlock. "Say it!"
"Aaaaah! Ok!" Justin surrendered leading to his team either groaning or facepalming. "Uncle! Uncle!"
"Not quite out of the ring but hey surrendering counts, haha," Chris laughed as he held an arm out to the Gaffers. "Gaffers win!"
"Take that!" Lincoln let out as he stood up in victory. "HOOOOOOOOWL!!!"
"Oh wow…" Dawn fanned herself a bit as she went red in the cheeks. "What a wolf~"
CONTEST – SNEAK OFF
"One thing monsters excel in is sneaking around and being able to catch people off guard," Chris spoke up the next part of the challenge as Bridgette and Ronnie Anne both stepped up again with Bridgette still being super hyper. Everyone watched as Chef used the same stick from the last challenge to create a pathway in the dirt before putting a bunch of obstacles on the path, each of them being something that'd create a lot of noise when stepped on. "Your goal is to go from point A to point B as quickly and as quietly as you can. Every noise you make will add two seconds to your total time. Ghosts get the advantage here as you can't get more sneaky than a spirit that can turn invisible, Frankensteins get the disadvantage as those big clumsy guys are anything but sneaky. So both of you are on a neutral playing field. Ronnie Anne you first."
"Piece of cake," Ronnie Anne cracked her neck and went to the beginning of the path as Chris pulled out a stop watch before signaling for Ronnie Anne to go. Ronnie Anne took off but made sure to watch her step as she speedily navigated through the various obstacles on the path. From fragile twigs, squeaky toys, and dolls. Now and then she would slip up and her foot landed on the many things that littered the path but she managed to make it to the end. "How was that?"
"Not bad, 45.6 seconds. But you stepped on about 4 things on the path and each slip up adds two seconds to your time. So your final time is 53.6 seconds!" Chris announced with Ronnie Anne grinning, less than a minute so that was good. "Bridgette, that's your time to beat!"
"Woohoo!Let'sdothis!" Bridgette grinned as she immediately started running through the path. Her team's eyes widened in alarm at Bridgette recklessly running through it…but then they noticed Bridgette somehow wasn't stepping on anything. The Grips all looked shocked as it looked like Bridgette was about to breeze right through it…until she reached the middle point and Bridgette started slowing down. "W-Woah…hey guys…why is everyone spinning…"
"Uh-oh," The Gaffers let out as they all knew what was coming.
Everyone watched as Bridgette face planted on the ground, landing on numerous objects in the process.
CONFESSIONAL – Dawn
"The higher up you go the further you crash down," The aura reader explained before sighing. "Just wish that crash would've came until she reached the end…"
CONFESSIONAL – Bridgette
"Oh don't worry about me…I'm fine…just need to…catch my breath…" A rather woozy Bridgette let out as she seemed to struggle with sitting up. "I'll be good as new in no time…..zzzzzzzzz…" She then fell asleep right in the confessional.
"Bridgette…hellooooo…" Chris slowly let out to the fallen girl only to hear her snoring. "Ok Bridgette's conked out. Grips win, someone collect sleeping beauty here,"
"I got her," Lincoln raised his hand as he went to pick up Bridgette, holding the surfer girl bridal style. "We warned you this would happen Bridge," As Lincoln spoke to the crashed out surfer girl he missed a look sent to him by Geoff.
DUEL – BITE STRENGTH
"Monsters are known for being able to bite through anything with their razor sharp teeth," Chris explained the next challenge with DJ and Izzy being the ones competing this time. Chef then passed DJ and Izzy an object that looked like a severed arm. "These will show your bite force when you bite into them. Werewolves have the advantage with their razor sharp teeth, so Izzy gets the advantage of her being more sensitive. Meanwhile mummy's get the disadvantage with their mouths being all gummy. So get ready to bite as hard as you both can!"
"Oh! I love biting things!" Izzy jumped up before looking at Owen. "Sometimes I use Owen's arm as a chew toy!"
"It's true," Owen grinned as he lifted up his arm to show various bite marks, disturbing everyone.
Izzy then opened up her mouth to bite the arm and-
CHOMP!
Izzy broke her arm with her bite strength, making everyone's eyes widen.
"…" DJ blinked a few times before dropping his arm. "Yeah I ain't beatin' that."
"Yeeeeah I don't think you are either," Chris had to agree with DJ as he pointed at Izzy. "Grips win!"
CONTEST – DIRT RISING
"You can't have a good classic monster movie without something rising up from the grave," Chris explained as both Harold and Tyler were now buried up to their necks in boxes full of dirt. "Whoever frees themselves first wins. Zombies have the advantage as no monster comes up from the grave better than them, so Tyler your dirt is softer than normal. Meanwhile sea monsters have the disadvantage as they are out of their element."
"Oh yeah, I got this in the bag!" Tyler grinned with Harold narrowing his eyes at the jock.
"Ready…set…rise up!" Chris yelled out.
Immediately Tyler began struggling and grunting, trying to force his body up from the dirt. But Harold had a different plan. Instead of trying to force his limbs up, Harold began wiggling around. He knew he wasn't strong enough to force his way out so he had to get creative. Suddenly everyone watched as Harold's hands sprouted up from around his neck. Wiggling more, Harold slowly rose up from the dirt until his arms were free enough to begin pushing himself out. Just as Tyler got his arms free, Harold managed to pop himself up from the ground…with just his underwear on.
"Gah!" Everyone let out as they covered their eyes.
"Harold, where the heck are your clothes?" Leshawna asked, being the only one not to cover her eyes.
"I ditched them for the sake of the team," Harold grinned proudly.
CONFESSIONAL – Harold
"The entire box was filled with dirt except for the space I was occupying." Harold began explaining how he got out. "So instead of trying to force my way out, I used the free space I had to pull myself out, I had to wiggle out of my clothes to make it happen. I was half naked, but I was half naked thanks to science!"
ENDURANCE – Smell Tolerance
"Now monsters are known for smelling rank! Most are the living dead after all and dead things are kind of smelly," Chris explained the challenge as both Lincoln and Ronnie Anne sat in a glass box that had a gas canister hooked up to it. "So if you wanna be a monster you gotta learn to deal with your own stank! Mummy's have the advantage here as they live in a tomb where all their organs are kept in jars, if that's not smell tolerance I don't know what is. Meanwhile werewolves have the disadvantage due to their sensitive noses. So Lincoln you're about to be hit with something extra smelly!"
"Hmph, good luck Lame-O," Ronnie Anne smirked to Lincoln who merely glared back at her. "It'll be fun seeing you puke your guts out,"
"Hmph, we'll see," Lincoln leaned in the box confidently.
"Chef, stink em up," Chris snapped his fingers with Chef grinning as he turned the valves on both canisters letting the foul smelling gas into their boxes.
"Ack!" Ronnie Anne immediately started gagging as the smell hit her. It was like…rotten gym equipment soaked in fish guts. "Holy (BLEEP)…" It just started and she could barely take it. At least Lincoln should be suffering even more…but looking forward she saw Lincoln standing there not even twitching.
Ronnie Anne stood there shocked, how was he taking it so well? She could barely stand hers and he was supposed to have a disadvantage! But she couldn't let him one up her like this, she had to stand strong and endure the smell.
And so she did.
For one minute.
Then two minutes.
Then three minutes.
"Bleeeeeh!" Ronnie Anne couldn't take it anymore, the smell got to her and she sprayed chunks out at the floor of the box.
"And Ronnie Anne pukes!" Chris announced as Chef opened up the boxes, letting the occupants out. "Gaffers win!"
"H-How…" Ronnie Anne gagged out at Lincoln. "How did you take it?!" Lincoln merely smirked at her and didn't say anything, the Hispanic teen growling at her ex in response.
CONFESSIONAL – Lincoln
"Do you know the kind of smells I deal with at home?" Lincoln explained to everyone how he did so well. "Dirty diapers until Lily was potty trained, Lisa's more disgusting experiments, Lucy wearing something smelling like death and I refuse to elaborate on that, Lynn's Dutch ovens, Luan's stink bombs, Leni and Lori's perfumes, and just Lana in general. My smell tolerance is pretty high at this point. Honestly surprised I still have a sense of smell at all."
Things were neck and neck now. The Gaffers piece was only three spaces away from the goal while the Grips were four away. Geoff went up to spin with him and the others watching anxiously. "Come on…come on…" Geoff let out only to sigh in disappointed as the spinner landed on a six. "Crud!" Geoff walked back to his team with Owen taking his place, the two high fiving each other as a way of tagging in.
"Mike you're up!" Chris instructed as Vito went up to the wheel. "Remember you need at three to make it to the end!"
"Got it!" Vito grinned as he spit on his hands and rubbed them together before spinning. "Come on papa needs a brand new bottle of hair gel!"
And then it spun and spun and spun around until it landed on a number…
3.
"YES!!!" Vito cheered followed by the Gaffers as they all began cheering with the Grips looking shocked and disappointed…yet another lost.
"Now slow your roll Gaffers," Chris spoke up, getting all attention from him as the Gaffers all quieted down. "You haven't won yet, you still need to beat the Grips at a challenge. Grips, you still have a chance at victory if you beat the Gaffers and send them back."
"You better not screw this up…" Ronnie Anne growled at Owen, making the big guy gulp.
"Since this is the final space the challenge will be randomized," Chris then pulled out all the queue cards he had and shuffled them around a little before holding them out. "Mike, close your eyes and pick a card, any card!"
"Sure thing bro," Vito nodded before approaching Chris with his eyes closed. Feeling around, Vito got a feel for the cards. "Let's see…eenie…meenie…minie…this one right here!"
"Mike's picked a contest challenge!" Chris announced as he held up the green card Vito pointed to. Clearing his throat, Chris read what would possibly be the final challenge. "Brain eating! Monsters love feasting on the brains of mortals!" Chef then rolled out a table with two silver platters on it.
Owen lifted the lid of his platter and revealed a lump of meat in the shape of a brain. "Oooo, what is it?" Owen asked as the others watching gagged.
"Canned meat!" Chris revealed, getting gags from the other contestants. "Advantage here goes to zombies, eating brains is their thing. Meanwhile at the disadvantage is monster hunters. Again they are opposed to this. Mike you get the advantage so your brain is a bit more appetizing."
"How so?" Vito asked before lifting his own platter's lid up to expose his own meat brain…only his was made of something else. Something much more delicious. "Holy…is this bacon?!"
"You bet that fake Jersey accent of yours it is!" Vito didn't even register the insult as he began drooling at his brain. "Contestants ready…set…brains!"
Vito immediately began eating his up eagerly, savoring the delicious bacony brain. Owen grabbed his meat brain and was about to shove the whole thing in his mouth…until he remembered something important. "Wait, I can't eat! My jaws are wired up!" Owen revealed as the Grips all looked horrified as they remembered this information. "Can't I get a blender or something?"
"Monsters don't use blenders." Chris told the big guy bluntly. "That's what razor sharp teeth are for bro,"
"…Oh crap…" Owen let out as he looked at the meat brain. Without a way of liquefying it…he couldn't win.
"Done!" Vito yelled out as he held up his empty platter before burping.
"And Mike wins the challenge for the screaming Gaffers!" Chris announced as the Gaffers resumed their cheering with Vito banging his head and holding up a fist in victory. Chris then turned to the Grips who were experiencing yet another loss. "And Grips lose…again…for the fourth time in a row. Way to lose guys! And no reward to save you this time, I'll see you all at the Gilded Chris Ceremony."
Ronnie Anne's eye began twitching as her face began going red with rage.
CONFESSIONAL – Ronnie Anne
"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!" Ronnie Anne yelled at the camera as the trailer shook with various things being tossed around in her fit of rage.
THE GILDED CHRIS CEREMONY
The iconic lights and music of the Gilded Chris ceremony were heard as the Grips got ready to send someone home. Chris was fitted in his classic blue suit as he stood in front of the podium as the Grips sat down in the benches with the Gaffers in the VIP section all fancied up for the event. All except two. "Where's Bridgette and Leshawna?" Chris asked the Gaffers.
"Uuuum…" Dawn began.
MEANWHILE
"BLEEEEEEH!!!" Bridgette puked into a toilet with Leshawna holding her hair back with one hand and rubbing Bridgette's back with the other.
"That's it baby," Leshawna gently told the puking girl. "Just let it all out,"
"She's…relieving herself," Dawn told the host. "And Leshawna's helping her out."
"Gross, haha. Well we can continue without em," Chris ultimately shrugged before turning to the Grips. "Grips you know the drill, take out your voting boxes and decide which one of your guys is getting the boot!"
CONFESSIONAL – Ronnie Anne
"Owen's single talent was being able to stomach anything no matter how disgusting," Ronnie Anne growled out, clearly pissed at facing yet another defeat. "He can't do that anymore, he's out of here,"
CONFESSIONAL – Heather
"I am seriously growing impatient about how long it's taking Ronnie Anne to hold up her deal in sending Lindsay away," Heather growled out before ultimately sticking with the plan. "But she's right, with his jaw wired Owen is useless."
CONFESSIONAL – Geoff
"I feel bad voting for the guy but Ronnie Anne's right, Owen just can't do what he does best with his jaw wired up," Geoff sighed out sadly, upset he'd be sending home one of his friends again. "But maybe it's for the best, Owen's been through enough of this show. At least this way he can't get hurt anymore."
CONFESSIONAL – Owen
"I think I'm in trouble…" Owen let out with a worried look.
Soon enough Chef came by and gave Chris the Gilded Chris statues along with the results of the vote. "You've all casted your votes and made your decision," Chris read the results before he began passing statues out. "Ronnie Anne, Heather, Justin, you're all safe."
"Hmph," Ronnie Anne let out as she and her alliance caught their statues, not surprised to see they were ok.
"Izzy, Tyler, Geoff, you're all safe too," Chris passed the next three statues.
"Party on!" Geoff cheered as he caught his in his hat, Tyler trying to catch his but only ending up getting hit with it again, and Izzy catching hers but soon looked worried as only one statue remained.
Both Owen and Lindsay began looking anxious as Chris began explaining why they might go. "Lindsay, you're on the chopping block for losing to Jasmine in the beginning and allowing the Gaffers to advance in the challenge," Chris explained as Lindsay looked down a bit. "Also heard you were getting quite moody this morning, time of the month or something?"
"Hey!" Lindsay shouted out as she blushed a bit in embarrassment.
"And Owen, your best way of benefitting your team was to dominate the eating challenges," Owen flinched as Chris brought that up. "But with your jaw wired shut, unless a blender is provided for you, you can't really do much in them like you used to. Pretty good reason to send you home!"
"Not my fault Chef busted my jaw!" Owen yelled out before slumping down a bit.
"And the Gilded Chris goes to…" Chris began as both Owen and Lindsay tensed up, both crossing their fingers as Chris got ready to toss the next one. "Lindsay!"
"Phew…" Lindsay let out as Owen looked down sadly.
"Oh Owen…" Izzy let out as she scooted next to Owen as she planted a big kiss on Owen's lips. "I'm gonna miss you!"
"I'll miss you too Izzy!" Owen hugged his girlfriend before reaching into his pocket and pulled out none other than Mr. Coconut and hugged him tightly. "At least I still have you best buddy!"
"Aw come on!" Tyler let out irritably. "I didn't see that coconut all day, I thought you tossed it!"
"No Mr. Coconut is just scared of Vampires so I left him at the trailer all day," Owen explained before getting up and waving to everyone as he walked down the carpet of shame. "Goodbye everyone! I'll miss you all!"
"Wait Owen!" Lincoln yelled to the big guy as he ran up to Owen and presented the big guy the bag of candy he brought back from the factory. "Here, take this. Something to look forward to when your jaw heals, I don't need this much anyway. Saw what happened to Bridgette after she had too much."
"Awww thanks Lincoln!" Owen grinned as he took the candy before wrapping Lincoln up in a bone crushing hug. "You're the best!"
"You're…welcome…" Lincoln wheezed out before Owen released him. "Hope you recover soon big guy,"
And with that Owen said one last goodbye before heading into the lamosine and driving off.
"And with that Total Drama has lost one of his literal heaviest hitters!" Chris began the outro as he looked into the camera. "What spooky madness awaits our contestants next time? Will Tyler ever get over his vendetta with coconuts? Will the Grips somehow actually manage to win? Find out next time on Total. Drama. Action!"
CONFESSIONAL – Tyler
"Welp now that Owen's gone I'll never have to deal with that stupid coconut ever again," Tyler sighed in relief as he relaxed in his chair. But an intern's hand then appeared and handed Tyler a letter. "What's this?" Tyler asked as he took the letter and opened it up. "Dear Tyler, don't think you can get rid of me that easily…signed…..Mr. Coconut…" Tyler slowly looked up at the camera with a horrified look.
