Chapter 33 I wonder who dares to kick Mr. Mills out?

Clearly, Nora Mills had the same thought.

She quickly said, "Chasel Mills, don't be impulsive!"

Not only that, but a new idea popped into her mind.Today was the press conference for Charlotte Walker's signing as the image ambassador for Qingshui Mountain City. What was Chasel Mills doing here?

In Verdant City, almost no one dared to offend Charlotte Walker now.

Why was Chasel getting so close instead of keeping his distance?

He must have been hated by Charlotte for what happened five years ago.

If she saw him now, Nora couldn't even imagine the consequences.

A few security guards noticed that Nora had come out with Samir, whom they recognized as the son of the Tianchen Pharmaceutical family. In terms of status, he was on the same level as Austin Lewis, part of the second-tier elite in Verdant City.

As a result, the security guards didn't act immediately.

However, they still surrounded Chasel Mills.

"Samir, can you say something to help? Just get Chasel Mills to leave without any trouble," Nora pleaded, looking at Samir for assistance.

It would be best to downplay the situation and have Chasel leave peacefully.

If the security guards were to forcefully take action against Chasel Mills, he would definitely fight back. If things escalated, Charlotte Walker would inevitably find outBesides, Austin Lewis was not someone Chasel could afford to offend right now.

If Chasel angered Samir, at least she could help smooth things over. But if he crossed Austin Lewis, who could come to his aid?

Samir looked troubled as he said, "Nora, you saw it too. He slapped Austin Lewis in front of so many people. For a man, nothing is more important than his pride. This is almost like killing Austin Lewis in terms of the consequences. How can I help? Even if I tried, Austin might not care about my opinion."

After hearing this, Nora Mills's expression darkened.

Samir had a point. However, even though Samir was unwilling to help, she still felt a bit disappointed inside.

She hated Chasel Mills.

But she couldn't just stand by and watch him get into trouble.

As if sensing Nora's thoughts, Samir's face darkened for a brief moment before quickly returning to a softer expression. "I'll see what I can do."

"Samir, thank you," Nora Mills said softly. "After all, he is my brother. I can't just ignore him if he's in trouble."

Samir let out a quiet snort.

Brother? "I see it's Mr. Charming, huh?"

"You filthy jerk!"

"You act so innocent every day."

"Just wait until I have my way with you in a couple of days, then I'll deal with you."

However, on the surface, Samir still spoke gently, "Come on, we're close, no need to be polite with me."

After whispering that, Samir turned to Austin Lewis and winked.

Austin initially thought Samir was trying to meddle, but upon seeing the look in Samir's eyes, he instantly understood.A cold smirk appeared on his face.

"Robert, I know what you want to say. No need to bring it up; let's not ruin our relationship," Austin said.

Samir awkwardly smiled.

He then turned to Nora Mills, giving her a helpless grin.

He wasn't giving me any face, so what could I do?

At the same time, Austin Lewis couldn't help but lean closer to Cecilia Clarke.

His expression was somewhat smug.

"See? I can also refuse to give Samir face."This time, Cecilia didn't pull away from him.

Instead, there was a hint of warmth in her eyes.

Austin's heart soared with joy.

"Get moving! What are you waiting for? Hurry up and throw these irrelevant people out of here! We can't let them disrupt the event!" he commanded, his authority ringing clear.

A few security guards immediately stepped forward, ready to forcibly escort Chasel Mills out of the venue. Nora Mills looked on with a worried expression, while Chasel remained calm, as if he were merely watching a show unfold.

But just as the guards were about to act, a cold voice cut through the air, "Who said he'sirrelevant?"

Austin Lewis's expression changed instantly. He turned, his face darkening. Who dared to meddle in this?

"I'd like to see who has the guts to kick Mr. Mills out," a tall woman with an hourglass figure, perfectly proportioned like a model, strode confidently into view. Her demeanor was icy.

"Who is this woman? She's so domineering," a young man dressed in an expensive suit asked, intrigued, as he stood beside his female companion in the grand hall.

She wasn't one of Verdant City's elite; instead, she had climbed the social ladder by dating a wealthy second-generation heir. Today, she had come along to broaden her horizons.

"Didn't I tell you not to speak out of turn when I brought you here? Just keep quiet," the young man scolded her, then leaned in to whisper, "That's Tyra, the heiress of the Fields family."

"Tyra?"The female companion's eyes widened in shock. She dared not say another word but stared at the tall, graceful figure with sparkling eyes, unable to hide her envy.

As the girlfriend of a privileged heir, she felt like she had One foot in the world of the elite second-generation. Of course, she had heard of Tyra's illustrious name. She was the daughter of the Fields family, the most powerful clan in Verdant City.

Her status was incredibly prestigious! Among the elite youth in Verdant City, Tyra was one of the top figures, especially since she was the only girl in the new generation of the Fields family, surrounded by brothers. She was cherished and adored, yet she remained very low-key.In fact, she rarely attended gatherings of the second-generation elite in Verdant City. The female companion had been to many events with her boyfriend but had never seen Tyra in person.

Meanwhile, Austin Lewis, upon seeing Tyra, opened his mouth, but the words he intended to shout were suddenly caught in his throat.

"It was you who ordered Mr. Mills to be kicked out, wasn't it?"

Tyra's gaze was icy as she looked at Austin Lewis, then shifted her attention to Cecilia Clarke standing beside him.

Austin Lewis's face turned a deep shade of purple, and after a long pause, he stammered,"He doesn't have an invitation... I'm just here to maintain order."

"Mr. Mills is my esteemed guest. What, does he need an invitation?" Tyra replied coldly.

With a huff, she added, "You're just here to stir the pot."

Tyra then turned her gaze to Cecilia Clarke. "You're supposed to be staff, right? Is there a rule that says you need an invitation to enter?"

"If you love invitations so much, I can send you a truckload, how about that?"

At that moment, Tyra's expression was as frosty as ice.
